Amnesia - Finding a Devils Memory (Attack on Titan x Reader)

Chapter 10

You had had your fun all day. The warrior candidates had run Reiner dry from money and Porco and Pieck had not stopped arguing.

Now you were standing behind stage with Willy Tybur and his grimy hands.

"Ready?"

He comes behind you and places his hands on your shoulders.

"Yes."

You quickly reply, trying to shrug off his sticky fingers. He does not let go.

"Tybur they're ready for you."

Willy Tybur goes onto stage where he is greeted by the cheers of many Marleyan's. He talks about Ymir and the founding Titan who was stolen by Eren Yeager.

I once knew a Ymir.

You think to yourself. It was the same as Captain Levi: you could remember their name but never a face.

Ymir would often visit you in a dream once in a blue moon. She would come speaking of the Titans and their abilities. That was the only reason you could currently use your Titan ability with amnesia.

WOOSH

You are suddenly pushed onto the stage. Willy Tybur grabs your wrist and drags you closer. You look out into the ocean of people and freeze. You scan the audience for the warriors and cadets however, you can only see Zofia, Colt, Gabi and Udo. The others were nowhere to be seen and that was not helping with your nerves.

"THIS! This right here, is an Island Devil!" Willy Tybur motions towards you.

"What?" You sneer. All you were supposed to do was: stand there and look pretty.

"Here is a monster from the island itself," he motions to you once more, "these creatures are as wild as animals themselves."

You step back, you retreat until your body meets the back of the stage. You wish you could just disappear.

Before you could run off, two heavily armed thugs of Magath's pulls you forward. They push you down so you were on your hands and knees, eye to eye with the audience.

You could here them muttering: "vile"/ "filthy" / "devil" and words much worse.

Some of the audience recognised you as one of the warriors that helped during the war but their faces, nevertheless, were disgusted and looked down upon you in disappointment.

You had had enough. You raise your arm and bring your hand to your mouth.

"SEE! Restrain them!"

Willy Tyburs men pin you down. One of the men had their knee on your mid back which made it hard to breath and your ribs were being crushed.

Out in the audience you notice Zofia, Colt, Gabi and Udo all looking at you. They already knew where you were from but the dissatisfaction in their eyes did you leave.

Clouds drew across the sky and a flash of yellow painted a glow on everyone's face.
