"So let me get this straight, your hand got covered in flames." "Yeah." "And this was during daytime? You weren't in any shadows?" "I don't understand it. I thought you might."
Izuku was currently training with Carter, and the topic of his battle with Wallow came up. More specifically, when Izuku punched the water elemental in the face with a fist engulfed in flames.
"It's pretty interesting, I'll tell you that. But I don't know much. I haven't even been able to transform at daytime myself. On a side note, if the Hidden are involved, things are about to get rough.""I heard that man say something about the Hidden. What is it? Is it some sort of organization of villains?" "Not an organization. There's only three of them. And they ain't your run of the mill villains. Hell, they're not even human."
Izuku became shocked. "N-not human?" "Wallow was a fallen angel. I know what you're thinking, and yes, they're real." "Fallen angel? And there are three of them?"
Carter nodded. "The other two are Gressil and Abigor. If Wallow was around, then they are too. And so is Blackheart." The elderly man began to walk ahead. "Who's Blackheart? Is he also a fallen angel?", asked Izuku. Carter shook his head. "Worse. A demon. But not an ordinary one." He looked at the greenette."He's the son of Mephisto."
Izuku froze, the name of the one responsible for his power echoing in his mind. "Keep an eye out for them, Midoriya. These guys aren't like anyone you've faced before." Izuku nodded.
. . .
Blackheart punched the wall in anger. "Wow. Looks like the big bad demon failed", Shigaraki mocked. The demon's eyes turned red, and he grabbed the villain by the throat. "You'd be wise to watch your tone when speaking to me."
Blackheart looked over to the corner of the bar, where a figure stood in the corner."Abigor, take care of that brat." "Should I do it in the daytime? Or are you afraid I will fail like Wallow did?"
The fallen angel received a glare from his master. "Alright. I'm off."Shigaraki looked at Twice and Dabi. "Go with him. Maybe he might do better." Blackheart looked at the blue haired man. "I'm warning you, Shigaraki."
. . .
Bakugo swung his fists against the bag that was hung in front of him. He heard the door open, and saw his rival walk in. "Oh. Kaachan. Didn't see you."
Bakugo scoffed and kept punching. "What was that?" "Hm?" "Your fist. It lit up in flames. What, is that another quirk you got or something?"
Izuku scratched his head. "Um, yeah! I think so."
Bakugo finally finished punching. "So what? That makes six quirks? So you finally got the whole One For All set?" "I sure do."
Izuku watched as his friend picked up his towel and swung it over his shoulder. "Guess I gotta work harder to beat you, then." As Bakugo walked out of the gym, someone else popped up from the corner."Oh, Ochako!" Izuku waved at her, but noticed her questioning look. "Is something wrong?" "Deku, what was Bakugo talking about? One For All? Six quirks? What does it mean?"
Izuku freaked out. "Well, uh, funny story, you see..." "YOUNG MIDORIYA!" All Might burst through the door, grabbing his student and running out the door. Ochako ran after them. "Deku, wait!"
"Ms Uraraka, this is a private matter..."
"All Might, do I have to hide this from her?" "Why ask that? You know that..." "I do, but I trust Ochako. She won't tell anyone."
The bulky man sighed. "Alright. You may tell her." Izuku stepped forward. "Ochako, the truth is..."
Ochako's phone began to ring. "Excuse me, I have to take this." She walked away to a private location and looked at the screen. It was her mom."Hello?" "Hi, is this the Rider's little lady friend?" Ochako's heart stopped. The voice on the other end was not her mother. "Who are you?" "I mentioned your lover, and I'm calling from your mother's phone. I think it must be quite obvious that I am not a friend." "What do you want?"
The man on the other end chuckled. "For you to come home. You must be really worried about your parents, aren't you?" Ochako turned off her phone, and ran to the school entrance. "Ochako?", spoke Izuku, worry clearly written over his face. "Whatever you wanted to tell me earlier, can it wait? I need to be somewhere." "Oh. Okay."And with that, Ochako ran off, leaving Izuku alone and concerned.
. . .
"Has anyone heard from Uraraka?", asked Aizawa. The rest of the class looked at each other for some form of an answer. An answer arrived, in the form of Izuku raising his hand. "An emergency came up." "Did she say what?" "She didn't give much detail."
"Then would you mind giving her homework for her?" "Not at all sir."Classes had ended, and Izuku walked out, still worried about his girlfriend. He felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He took it out to see that Ochako was trying to make a video call with him. The greenette sighed, feeling a little relieved that Ochako was at least calling him. But his joy was then for nothing. On the video was Ochako, tied up and trying to break free while being watched over by Dabi and Twice.
"Well, look who it is." A man popped out. "Hi, you might not know me, but were familiar with my acquaintance Wallow, correct?" Izuku's grip on his phone tightened a little in anger. "If you want your little lover back in good condition, then you better hurry up and come find her."
With that, the call ended. Izuku turned around, seeing some of his classmates looking at him in worry.
