In order to save his mother, Izuku Midoriya made a deal with a devil. But it came at a great cost.
By day, Izuku Midoriya is your average hero in training. But by night, he is something more horrifying than anything you've ever seen.
Just to clear up some confusion, Izuku in his Ghost Rider form will be called Ghost Rider, and Carter Slade in his Ghost Rider form will still be called Carter Slade.
Blackheart jumped down, approaching the two spirits of vengeance. "Izuku Midoriya and Carter Slade. Two of the most painful thorns in my side." "Your allies are defeated, Blackheart", said Carter. "Give up now to save yourself from embarrassment." Blackheart grounded his teeth. "I am not going to be defeated by you! Not again! Not this time!" "And what are you gonna do, hotshot?", Bakugo called out. "Your just some normal dude. These guys look like they can kick your ass in a second!" "Yeah! You show him, Deku!", cheered Ochako.
Blackheart chuckled. "Those fools have no idea what I am." A black energy began to envelop the demon, making him grow larger and change shape. Everyone except for the two Ghost Riders back away in fear at the monster before them.

"Take a good look at the real me", said Blackheart before jumping high into the air and shooting a blue energy ball at his two opponents. The latter duo dodged out of the way just in time.
Ghost Rider used Float to fly up into the air and hover in front of Blackheart. "How are you doing that?", asked the demon. "My quirk. Zarathos. They've become one", said Ghost Rider. "And for everything you've done, I will use it to exact vengeance." Black tendrils appeared out of Ghost Rider.
"Vengeance... for all!"
The black tendrils shot at Blackheart, who blasted them away with blue energy. But this did not last long as Carter shot his arms clean off. The tendrils pierced the demon's body, and swung him around, crashing him into any constructs in his way before slamming him into the ground hard enough to form a crater.
Blackheart stood up, and regenerated his arms. Ghost Rider landed in front of him, releasing purple smoke to block out his vision. The demon swiped his claws, clearing the smoke, but finding Ghost Rider has disappeared. A flaming lasso wrapped around his neck and tightened. "Woah, little doggy", joked Carter. Ghost Rider appeared and delivered a supercharged punch to Blackheart's stomach. Carter pulled him closer with his rope and grabbed his face to slam it into the ground. "He's barely putting up a fight", he said to Ghost Rider, who felt a tingling sensation in his head.
"Get back!" But Carter was too late. Blackheart turned his palm upward and shot a blue beam of energy up at the cowboy, sending him flying. Ghost Rider shot his chain at him, but it was grabbed by the demon prince.
"You're not the first to do this, boy", said Blackheart. "Every Ghost Rider I have faced always had some kind of ridiculous lasso." Blackheart set the chain on fire, turning it into ash. "But the smoke. The flying. And the black tentacles. Those are new." "Then have some more", said Ghost Rider, summoning the black tendrils and lighting up the tips in green flames. He began whipping at Blackheart, who blocked with his arms.
Slashes were made, but they kept regenerating. Finally, Blackheart dropped his arms and used telekinesis to lift Ghost Rider up into the air. He pulled him close, lifting his tail to impale him through the torso. "Let's try this again." Blackheart's hand held Ghost Rider's head, crushing the skull into pieces. With a flick of his tail, Ghost Rider's lifeless body dropped onto the ground. Blackheart then turned around.
