Once again, the moonlight struck the whole city, leaving the dark corners to remain, and the places untouched by the city lights to illuminate. Incidents around the place should be visible by now, that's why transgressions shouldn't be done with stealth. It should be done fast.

And that's what she was aiming for.

She was now out of her sight, and no matter how loud she shouted her name, she couldn't be able to hear it. Or she refused to. Despite being more athletic and older than the runaway girl, she decided not to chase her out of shock. She was wondering if her friend is alright.

"Where did she go?"

Suddenly, she heard a tired voice of a young boy behind her, saying those words in between his breaths.

She turned around and saw a silver-haired teenage boy with an injured shoulder, blood rushing from it down to his fingertips. His pale skin were now covered with wounds, dirt, and blood, including his vest and pants.

But looking in his blue eyes, he didn't care what happened to him. All he wanted was for her to answer his question.

"You were shouting her name, right? Where did she go?!" Killua yelled, desperate to know about her whereabouts despite being hurt by none other than her.

He couldn't help it. Seeing her eyes, as if she was both wanted to get away from him as far as possible, and seeking for help, he knew that he had to do something. Or else, he'll fail more. He doesn't want to fail and lose her again, just like how he almost lost her and Gon.

Seeing the fire in the cold blue eyes of the kid, she widened hers. She knew that he was desperate for her answer, as if the one in front of her wasn't a kid at all, but a matured man who knew what's he doing and what are important to him, the same as when she was determined to be a Hunter years ago.

Recovered from the slight shock, she closed her mouth and raised her finger.

"She went that direction!" She yelled and saw a slight hope in the face of the boy, like that small clue had given him the motivation to move forward.

Yuni just stared until the running boy was out of her sight. She regretted telling it, as her friend might not want to be found, but she knew that it is the right thing to do. She knew that the eyes of that chaser wasn't something of evil intention, but instead, Secco's were. Those are the eyes of a murderer, who was willing to kill anyone stands in her way.

Without hesitation, she started sprinting towards the same direction.

I kept sprinting from one roof to the next, removing some roof tiles off of the houses, but I didn't care. Even though I was facing forward, never looking back, I can feel his presence behind me. As expected, he'll catch up on me no matter how fast I'll go.

"Secco!"

Killua yelled my name with his now cracked voice. It breaks my heart calling me like that. If only I don't have these feelings for him, running away would have been easy. Every step away from him wouldn't have been that hurting.

Time had passed since we're running on the roof of the buildings, until we finally made it to the middle of Yorknew, where skyscrapers are popping up in a distance, and small houses can't be seen anymore.

There was no where to jump on thus, letting myself fall on the ground and struggle to run on the streets. Killua did the same thing but because of his injuries, jumping from the roof was harder.

I wish I could stop him in chasing after me, he was only hurting himself.

Vehicles of different types were roaming in the middle of the road, and several innocent people are walking on the sidewalks. If I could do something, this might be an advantage to escape from his eyes.
