Why am i so Alone?. (21)

I'm so sorry that I haven't posted a chapter in awhile I've been having less and less motivation lately but I'll try to make this chapter longer than Most of them :)

Tommy felt alone. Well, he's always felt alone but he had his friends with him all the time. But, he doesn't have them with him since they left. He thought they didn't like him anymore, or they didn't really care since they tried to act calm but they really weren't. They visited Tommy every day or at least tried to since most of the time Tommy was either getting tested for more things. They really missed Tommy and felt really bad for not noticing how he felt about himself.

"Hello Tommy ready to get tested again?" One of the kind nurses entered the room, and went over to Tommy to check how he was doing.
"Yeah I'm ready, and uh Miss how much longer will I be here?" Tommy asked that since he wanted to be with his friends again and back to streaming and uploading videos. Of course he already explained why he'll be gone so his viewers won't be worried. He just said he'll be on vacation which isn't true. Well kinda.

"Once we find out what's wrong we'll release you Tommy don't worry you'll be gone in no time!" The kind nurse said to cheer up Tommy since it was obvious he wasn't really in a good mood.
"Oh okay, thank you." Tommy just wanted to get this over with, he's had a hectic week to even begin with.
He just wanted to go back home, with his parents or be with his friends again.

The doctor walked into the room where Tommy was staying, and checked his vitals.

"You look good so far Tommy, but we are going to have to run some tests that has to deal with scanning so please follow me out of the room and let's go scan you." The doctor said kindly while picking up Tommy's charts.
Tommy didn't say anything which made the situation a little awkward but he thought that if he responded it'll be more awkward so he didn't respond.

They both walked into the scanning room, and the doctor asked "Please go lie down in that machine it won't hurt it'll just be scanning you don't worry."

Tommy just nodded and stepped into the tiny box like machine. He didn't know what the thing was called but he didn't really care. He just wanted to get this over with and go home.

"Alright Tom the scanning is over you can get out of the machine now and the nurse will escort you out." Th doctor just left the room while taking Tommy's scans with him, keep in mind they only scanned his lungs and brain to see what's the problem.

"Follow me Tommy let's go back to the room and you get to rest and watch TV if you'd like." The same nursed came to pick Tommy up and take him back to his room.

Tommy just nodded, he hasn't really been talking much lately since he has really no one to talk to.

The nurse and Tommy made it back to the room and the nurse left and said goodbye to Tommy.
He doesn't really have anything to do instead just be on his phone which he surprisingly still has.

"I should call or text Tubbo and Ranboo" Tommy really missed the others since they really only visited when he was asleep which happens quite often now since the doctors proscribed his medicine and his medicine makes him really sleepy.

Tommy texted the group of the three of them saying "Hey guys, how have you been?" And just sent the text. Tubbo and Ranboo immediately replied saying that they have been good and saying the others have been good as well and they have been missing him and that both of them miss Tommy as well.

Tommy doesn't really like it when people worry about him but this time will be the only exception of people worrying about him with carrying since he also really misses them as well.

Tommy just hopes he'll end up seeing them soon.
He just feels so alone.

IM SO SORRY FOR NOT UPLOADING FOR ALMOST A MONTH IVE JUST BEEN BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND OTHER STUFF BUT I PROMISE ILL BE WRITING MORE CHAPTERS RIGHT AWAY-
