The Affair (Wanda Maximoff)

chapter thirty two

The unforgettable night was soon starting.

The dinner was in the oven staying warm, the dessert was on a cute plate in the fridge so it wouldn't melt, and the candles and table was all set up outside in the backyard. I was dressed in a dark purple top with my skinny black dress pants.

All I had to do now was wait for Wanda to arrive. She should be here in a few minutes, so while I wait I got out the wine and filled up the drinks already. Once I finished the doorbell rang. I checked myself out one last time in the mirror and went to the door.

Opening the door I complete froze. Wanda looked breathtaking. Absolutely stunning.

"Damn baby are you trying to kill me here?" I finally got myself together. Bringing her into my arms and placing a sweet kiss on her lips. "Mmm sorry bubs but I think you're trying to kill me. This color on you is everything!" She smirked up towards me. I hummed smiling sweetly at her.

I covered her eyes bringing her out to the back patio where our dinner for the night would be set up. I removed my hands once she was right in front of the table, "okay you can open." She opened her eyes and gasped looking around the backyard. There were fairly lights hung up around the back and the table was set up with candles and wine. "You did this for me?" Wanda asked looking like she's about to cry. "Of course I did, you deserve it." I said happily leaning in to give her a quick kiss. She smiled so bright, I felt amazing being able to make her feel this good.

I brought her over to the chair and pulled it out for her to sit in. "I'll be back, let me get the food." I told her while kissing her cheek. I brought out the food and placed it in front of us, while taking my seat and pouring our wine. Wanda raised her glass for a toast, "to us and no more crazy psycho ex!" I laughed at her last toast, "cheers." We had dinner and talked for a good hour and a half.

After dinner I quickly picked up and sent Wanda inside to get into comfy clothes in my room. After getting dressed she went to the living room which was cutely set up as well for us to have a movie night. I was finished putting the dishes away when I felt arms wrap around my waist, "bubs can you clean them later let's go watch a movie." Wanda came and asked so cute I couldn't say no, "okay okay since you asked so nicely. Let me just go get changed." I stopped doing the dishes and turned around in Wanda's arms and kissed her forehead before going to get changed.

After changing into a pair of sweatpants and just my sports bra I walked back out to see Wanda on the couch looking for something to watch tonight. I took a seat down beside her resting my head on her lap, "what we watching?" I asked while grabbing the candy from the table. "Hmm I was thinking something scary?" I smiled widely up at her, "perfect idea." I grabbed her face gently kissing her but before she could start the movie, I grabbed the remote and placed it down. I took her hands in mine facing her now sitting up, "I need to ask you something and quite frankly i'm scared to ask because I don't know if it's to soon or if this is even what you want and-." I was cut off by Wanda grabbing the back of my neck and pushing her lips onto me. She pulled away hovering over my lips, "just ask." I gulped slowly nodding and looked into her eyes, "will you be my girlfriend Wanda Maximoff?" I asked shyly. She jumped into my lap causing us to fall back onto the couch, "Yes of course I will bubs!" My eyes lit up hearing her say yes to me. I pulled her body down on me and kissed all over her face, making her giggle and move around.

We just sat there admiring each other. She was now officially mine and I couldn't be more happier then I am right now.

Hey Lovelys!!!
So i'm running out of ideas for this book. I want to end out within the next few chapters but I don't want to just abruptly end it and the ending sucks. If hall have any ideas on ways I could end the book without having them get married and being the cliche way to end books I would love your input. Keep in mind i want to end this book within like the next five chapters or less:)
