It's been a week and still no sign of Sam. They've been everywhere they can possibly go and they've done every tracking spell known. They all say that he's still in Montgomery, but nobody knows where.

"God- where the hell is he?!" Gabe yells throughout the motel room the three boys are in.

"Gabriel- stop." Cas demands.

"No Cassie, I won't stop. We've been looking for him for over a week and he's still nowhere to be found. Why is he nowhere to be found dammit!" He yells, throwing shit across the motel room.

"Gabriel, cmon." Dean says. "If he doesn't want to be found, he won't be."

Sam wakes up from being knocked out. That's basically what's been happening for the past week to him. He gets beaten half to death, passes out, wakes up, and is beaten again.

He tries to pray to anyone who will listen but before he gets the chance to make out anything, he's out again.

This time, the demon isn't there when he wakes up so he quickly prays to Gabriel. 'Gabriel. I'm still pissed at you but I need help. I'm being held in some warehouse by a demon. I'm not conscious much so I don't know where I am, please help.' Sam prays.

Gabriel looks at Cas and starts to break down.

"Gabe calm down, talk to me." Cas says, placing a hand on Gabe's shoulder.

"Sam- warehouse- demon." He pants out, crying.

"Breathe Gabe." Cas says, concerned about what his brother just said.

Gabe composes himself and says, "he just prayed to me. He's in some warehouse being held by a demon. He said he's not conscious very much." Gabriel says. "We have to find him."

"Fuck. Okay yeah, check all the warehouses in this damned town." Dean says, looking at Cas. Cas goes on the laptop and searches through all of them to see which one is most likely.

"There's three ones I'd like to check first." Cas says, snapping them all to the sight of the first one with everything they'd need to fight off a demon.

They go in and search the place low and high but there's no sign of any living thing in there.

The go to the second one and once again, no signs of Sam.

By the end of the day, they've gone to the there warehouses and there was still no sign of Sam. Gabe was about to snap them back to the motel when Sam started to pray again. 'Please help- not gonna be able to take it much longer.' He says, obviously struggling to get that out.

"He said hurry." Gabe says, dully. He can't have himself feeling so much during this. He needs to just find Sam without breaking down again.

Gabe snaps and they're back at the motel.
He lays down on his bed and grabs a pillow to hug. He cries silently as Dean and Cas go get some food. 'Gabriel- I can feel you. You're near.' Sam prays.

"What?" Gabe asks out loud. How can Sam feel him?

'Can feel your emotions- please stop worrying so much. Don't cry.' Sam prays. Fuck he really can feel Gabriel.

Gabe nods to himself and Sammy as he wipes away his tears. He doesn't hear from Sam again that night.

The next day, it's around noon and they're about to head out to go look more when Gabe dissociates. "Gabriel!" Dean yells, snapping in front of Gabe's face.

But Gabe can't hear them anymore. Sam started to pray again but it's different. It's like a picture. Gabe looks around and sees the awful things that have been done to Sam. He's tied to a metal table with bruises and cuts all over him. It's clear that he's been bleeding for days, how is he even still alive?! Sam's vision goes blurry as the demon randomly hits him with the whip, breaking Gabe's trance.

"Gabriel!" Cas yells, shaking Gabe's shoulders.

"He- he- I" Gabriel says, breathing hard. "He's not okay. We have to find him. Now." He states.

"Gabriel, what was that?" Cas asks, hands still on his brother's shoulders.

"He projected what he's seeing to me. It's not good. We have to-" Gabe states, crying.

"That's not possible- Gabriel how?" Cas asks, sitting his brother down.

"I- I don't know. He told me that he could feel my emotions and he proved it and now he just- it's like I was him. He- he's not- he can't take it." Gabriel cries.

"Okay- okay let's go. We have to get him." Dean says, making Cas snap them to another warehouse.

"Dean," Cas says pulling Dean aside. "He can feel Gabriel's emotions.." he states.

"Yeah. What does that mean?" Dean asks.

"Angels and humans only have that when they have a very strong bond. Stronger than us and we have a very powerful bond." Cas explains.

"Meaning..?" Dean says.

"Meaning they have something special that is very rare. I have never seen this before in my lifetime, only heard stories." Cas says, amazed. "They are going to make it." He concludes.

Dean smiles at this. "Good." He says simply. Now he's not the only Winchester brother with a strong bond with an angel.

"GUYS!" Gabriel yells from another room. Dean and Cas rush in there to see him trying to open a locked door. "I feel him. He's here. Can't open-" he struggles.

Cas brings his hand up to the door and winces. "Angel warding. We can't get in there." Cas says, looking at Dean.

Dean starts to kick at the doorknob, trying to break the lock loose.

"We're close Sammy, don't worry." Gabriel whispers, somehow managing to get that through to Sam as a sort of backwards prayer.

'Gabriel' Sam says as he passes out again. God he's lost too much blood. The demon isn't even there anymore- she just left him to die.

Dean finally kicks the door open and gasps at what he sees. "GET HIM OUT HERE RIGHT NOW. I HAVE TO HEAL HIM!" Gabriel screams, pushing Dean into the warded room.

"Don't worry Sammy, I'm here."
