Trying to date someone who sexually harassed your best friend
Is the same concept
As trying to date someone who raped your best friend
In the eyes of someone who hasn't experienced either
One may seem worse than the other
But
The trauma for either can be as equally damaging
Both can cause nightmares
Both can cause self-hatred
Both are forms of trauma
And neither should be invalidated
The justification of either
because the harassed or the rapist
Have "changed"
Is despicable
Deplorable
Let me say it again
For those who didn't understand
Trying to date someone who sexually harassed your best friend
