Pain. That's all you felt. Pain. You felt blood pouring out of the huge, deep claw marks on your stomach. The wolf got you right across it. You heard a bang and yelling as things were becoming blurry. You remember falling to the ground but then felt yourself being lifted. Like someone was carrying you. "She's bleeding pretty bad Dean!" you heard Sam yell.

"Don't worry Sammy!" he said as you heard Baby's engine roar, "she's gonna be ok!". You felt the car moving and you opened your eyes to see Sam looking down at you. You locked eyes.

"You're gonna be ok Y/N," Sam said, "just stay with me please,".

"Sa Sam," you said you're voice weak and your mouth was coppery, "I don't," and you took a deep breath, "I don't think I'm gonna make it,".

"Don't talk like that," he said, "you're gonna be fine,".

"S sam, I need to tell you something,' you told him, "just in case I don't make it,".

"You're gonna make it," he said, "but tell me?". You took another deep, slow breath.

"I love you," you admitted.

"I love you too Y/N," he said. You shook your head.

"No Sam, I love you," you looked him right in the eye, "I am in love with you,".

"What?" he asked. You could see the shock on his face.

"For as long as I can recall Sam I have been without a doubt head over heels in love with you," you fully admitted, "I just wish I would have told you sooner,". You felt his hand caress your cheek as you closed your eyes. Then suddenly everything was silent and you felt nothing.

You felt achy. And your head was throbbing. You opened your eyes and close them again due to the brightness in the room. You heard the boy's voices and tried to listen in.

"Will she be ok Cas?" You heard Sam ask.

"She'll be sore as my powers aren't at their strongest at the moment, but yes she'll be ok,". Cas answered.

"Guys," you croaked. They all rushed to you.

"Y/N?" Dean called, "how are you feeling?".

"like I got my ass kicked," he told him truthfully.

"Do you wanna try to set up?" Sam asked and you nodded. The boys gently helped you sit. You let out a low hiss as your body ached from the movement.

"Do you need anything?" Sam asked.

"Ice cold water would be so amazing right now," you said. He nodded.

"I'll be right back," Sam said heading to get your water. Dean sat in the chair next to your bed. You knew he was waiting for you to bring it up.

"You heard me didn't you?" you asked not looking over at him.

"I did," he said, "and it's about time," he said.

"Yeah time I made a fool of myself," you said with a dry laugh.

"Why do you say that?" Dean asked.

"Dean there is no way Sam feels the same," you stated, "I'm definitely not that lucky,". Just then Sam came back in and handed you the water. You took a slow sip enjoying the icy feel.

"Well I'm gonna get us dinner," Dean said standing up, "your favorite Y/N?". You nodded.

"I'll try to eat," you said. Dean nodded.

"Come on Cas you can ride along," he said as they left. Sam sat on the side of your bed. He didn't say anything for a while. He looked lost in thought.

Sam?" you called trying to get his attention.

"I love you too," he said. Your eyes widened.

"Wh what?" you asked. Surely you heard him wrong.

"Y/N," he said locking his hazel eyes with yours, "I love you too,".

"Sam you don't have to say that just to make me happy," you informed him.

"I'm not," he said as he gently laid his hand on yours, "I've felt this way for a while," You looked at him confused. "Why didn't you tell me?" he asked.

"I guess I was afraid you wouldn't feel the same way," you said, "plus let's be honest. You are way out of my league,".

"What?" he asked. How the hell was that possible?

"Y/N, you're beautiful, smart, an amazing hunter and you have such a big heart. How could I not fall?". You blushed.

"You're pretty amazing too Winchester," Sam Smiled.

"Can I kiss you?" he asked. Your heart fluttered at the sight of a light blush on his face. You nodded. Sam leaned in and softly pressed his lips to yours.
