CHAPTER 4

Taehyung was sitting on the living room, working on his laptop. He seemed to be very much concentrated in his work.

Lisa, on the other hand was cleaning the kitchen. They both were alone in the house.

Their attention was diverted hearing the door bell. Taehyung walked towards it to open the door.

"Hey, baby.." A young girl came rushing in and hugged Taehyung.

"Jennie, what are you doing here?" He asked, surprised by her action and pulled her away.

"You didn't like it when I come here? I haven't came here in a while. So decided to pay a visit to see you, baby." She remarked and took a glance around the house.

"Jennie, I have told you that we have broken up years ago. I don't love you. Then why are coming barging into my house?" He expressed his displeasure with her presence.

"But I still love you. That's something I have told you a thousand times. Why are you not understanding me?" She shouted.

"Jennie, get out. You are giving me a headache." Taehyung said pointing his index finger towards the door and yelled.

Hearing the chaos from living room, Lisa quietly walked outside the kitchen and went to the living room. She saw Taehyung and a lady fighting. He seemed to be angry and frustrated while she was yelling and shouting at him.

"Give me a valid reason to leave." She shouted and folded her hands, looking away.

Taehyung noticed Lisa. He walked towards her and grabbed her hand and went towards Jennie.

"She is my girlfriend, Lisa. I love her so much." He said and kissed her forehead. Lisa was shocked by his action. "Now can you leave?" He asked in a bored tone.

Jennie looked at Lisa from head to toe with a disgusting expression, she chuckled and spoke, "I don't believe you. Now way that you could date such a low profile girl."

Lisa was angry by Jennie's comments about her. Lisa was about to protest, but something fell on her lips which made her shocked. She felt someone softly sucking her lips. She was more shocked to realise that Taehyung was kissing her. She was in a total frenzy.

After few minutes he stopped and looked at her. She stared back at him. Their face was too close. He moved away increasing the distance between them.

"Are you convinced now?" Taehyung asked looking at Jennie, who was burning in anger and jealousy.

"You are only mine, Taehyung." She yelled and looked at Lisa, "How dare you to snatch my Taehyung away from me? I'm going to make you pay for it." She threatened and stomped her foot, walking out of the house.

Taehyung took his hands off from Lisa. There was an awkward tension between them. Taehyung broke the silence and decided to apologise, "I am sorry Lisa. I am sorry to kiss you like that."

Lisa quickly responded, "No, it's okay." She said awkwardly, "And who was that?" She asked referring to Jennie.

"She is my ex-girlfriend. We broke up a couple of years ago. She is still obsessed with me and want me to date her again." He sighed.

"They why are you not dating her?" She asked knowing it must be a sensitive topic for Taehyung. It will be sensitive for everyone to talk about their breakup.

"I don't love. I already have someone in my heart." He said and looked at Lisa with full of love,"So, I can't give her hope."

"Oh.." Lisa nodded fighting a battle in her mind about the girl he likes.

"And about the kiss..Just forget it." He said and went upstairs.

Even though he told her to forget about the kiss, it was not easy for both of them to forget. Taehyung was happy inside for being able to taste her cherry lips again. Many memories came to his mind, thinking about the kiss. Lisa was quite confused with the kiss. She felt like she have kissed him before. Her heart told her that she knew him. Her body recognised his touch, her heart recognized his love and warmth. But her mind failed to recognise him.

Taehyung decides to focus on his work but his mind was somewhere else. He was experiencing mixed feelings. He was happy about their kiss. But sad because she failed to recognise him. But he was ready to wait for the day when she will remember everything and will come back to his arms, once again.

He arched his head back, thinking about their past.

Taehyung and Lisa met at a party, which Taehyung's father organised for his colleagues for celebrating their success. Everyone working at the Kim Corporation was invited along with their families. Lisa's father was working at the Kim Corporation, who also got invited and attended the party with his wife and his daughter, Lisa.

Being the son of the CEO, Taehyung was also present at the party. His eyes got stuck at a young girl at the moment he saw him. He approached her and won in building a strong friendship with her.

They both went to the same college. They both were bestfriends and many of them thought that they were in love. It was true. They had feelings for each other. But they afraid to confess. They scared thet their confession may broke their friendship.

From a friend of Lisa, Taehyung got to know that she had feelings for him. He didn't wait for a second to confess to her. Fortunately, she accepted him and they started dating.

They were the famous couple in campus. Everyone envied them for being the perfect couple. They loved each other so much.

One day, Lisa, along with her parents, went to her hometown, Thailand. She was excited very much.

An accident turned her life upside down. Lisa and her mother went for sight seeing. Their car got into an accident, which took away Lisa's mom's life. Lisa was hospitalised. She had serious head injuries, which made her loss her memory and forgot about Taehyung.

After her mother's death, she and her father stayed at Thailand for a year and went back to Korea for a fresh new start. Her father got married again. And because of her step mother's and step sister's evil plan, her father kicked her out of the house. Her life has been terrible since that.

Taehyung was upset knowing that Lisa is going to Thailand. Lisa convinced him that she will came back to him soon. He finally let her go.

After hearing about her accident, Taehyung forced his father to take him to Thailand to meet her. His father, who hated Lisa's father because of their past, didn't allow him. He hated Taehyung being in a relationship with Lisa. He purposefully called the doctor in the hospital, where Lisa was admitted and bribed him with money to remove Lisa's memories.

His dad threatened Taehyung that if he meet Lisa again, he will not hesitate to kill her. Taehyung was furious because of his father. He hated him for being selfish. He was heartbroken thinking that Lisa will never be his' again. He came to knew about her memory loss and she did not remember him anymore, that made him depressed.

He fell into depression after that. He became cold to everyone and doesn't care about anyone. The light in his life was gone.

After his parent's death, he tried to approach her. But she didn't remembered him. He was sad again but he didn't want to give up. He wanted her to regain her memory herself. Doctor had advised that forcing her to remember everything might affect her health. So he didn't want to do that. He wanted her to be happy, even if it's not with him.

If she still doesn't remember him, he will have to let her go, forever.
