CHAPTER 6

Lisa woke up with an aching body. Her whole body was hurting. She opened her eyes and found herself at her room. She sat up and laid her head on the bed. She didn't remember who brought her here. The last thing she remembers was lying on the ground, bullied by her seniors. She didn't know what happened next and who brought her here.

Lisa somehow stood up and walked towards the bathroom. After a hot shower, she felt somewhat okay.

She hurried to the kitchen and found Ms.Jenette cooking food. She felt extremely guilty for making her work. It was her shift to work in the morning.

"Good morning, Lisa.." Janette smiled, greeting Lisa.

"Morning." She replied in a tired voice and walked towards her, "Ms. Janette, I'm sorry for making you work instead of me. I really sorry. And now I'm okay. You can go. I will take care of this." Lisa guiltily spoke.

"Its alright, Lisa. And it's not your shift in the morning. And Mr.Kim told me not to make you work because you are not well. Are you okay now?" Janette spoke concerned about her health.

"Yes, I'm okay. But Mr.Kim?" Lisa never thought that it will be Mr.Kim Taehyung.

"Yes. He brought you here. You were unconscious. So her carried you to your room." Jenette spoke.

Lisa felt so embarrassed all of a sudden. She mentally cursed herself for causing trouble. "Oh.." She also felt shy when she heard that Kim Taehyung carried her to her room. She definitely needs to thank him.

Lisa made her way upstairs, to Taehyung's study room. She slowly knocked and he directed her to come inside.

"Good morning, Mr.Kim" She greeted politely. Taehyung looked up from his laptop when he heard a sweet voice.

"Oh, Good morning, Lisa-ssi." He greeted back happily, "How are you? Are you okay?" He asked leaning back on his chair.

"Yes. Iam. And thank you for yesterday." She thanked him, looking down, feeling intimidated.

He smiled, playing with his pen, "Its alright. And who are they? Why are they bullying you?" His voice predicted some danger.

"They are my seniors at college. They are bullying me because.." she hesitated a bit, "..I am helpless. I don't have anyone to protect me. So they knew that no one will complain." A tear escaped her eyes. She quickly wiped them away. She didn't want him to pity her. But deep inside her heart, she felt protected around him and let him know everything.

Seeing her tears, he badly wanted to hug her tight and tell her that she have him to protect and love her. He wanted to tell her that she is not alone, she have him by her side. But he kept that to himself.

Lisa smiled, "I will leave now. Again thank you." She bowed and walked outside.

Taehyung always wondered how could she smile so sweetly while going through all these hardships and struggles.

After Lisa left, Taehyung quickly took his phone and called Mark.

Mark, who was sleeping peacefully in his bed, woke up by hearing the phone ringing. He cursed the person on the phone and picked it up, lazily.

"What?" He asked, sleepily.

"Find about Lisa's bullies at her college and dismiss them." Taehyung ordered and hung up soon.

Mark looked at the phone in confusion, "You are obsessed, bro.." he murmured and went back to sleep.

When Lisa reached at her college, the first thing she noticed was a crown in front of the notice board. She walked towards there. Her eyes widened seeing the news of Irene, Joy, Kai and Suho are dismissed from the college.

"Do you know why they got dismissed?" Lisa heard some students talking.

"They bullied some students and stole their money."

"That student must be powerful to convince the college to dismiss them."

Lisa was a thousand percent sure that it was not because of her, they got dismissed. She didn't had the courage to complain about them to the principal. And no one is there to back her up. So it might be any other students, she thought. Only if she knew..

After college, Lisa walked out, heading towards Kim Mansion. She stopped on her tracks when she saw a luxury car across her way. A women stepped outside. Lisa immediately guessed the person, Taehyung's ex-girlfriend, Jennie.

Lisa ignored her and tried to walk away. But Jennie gripped her hand, "Wait.." She removed her sunglasses and turned around.

"What you want?" Lisa asked not wanting to have a conversation with her. She has nothing to do with her.

"I want you to leave Taehyung." Jennie spoke. They are not even together for Lisa to leave him. But she didn't denied it.

Lisa let out a annoyed sigh, "Look Ms.Jennie Kim, I really don't have an interest to talk with you right now. I'm really tired. So will you please leave me alone?" She asked.

Jennie didn't liked her attitude. She took a suitcase from her car and threw it towards Lisa, "Take all of this and leave Taehyung." Jennie opened the suitcase. Lisa's was shocked to see a lot of money in there. But she was not a gold digger to take that.

"I don't want this." Lisa closed the suitcase and threw it back to Jennie.

"C'mon, Lisa. I know you're financial condition is not good. I am trying to help you but you are misbehaving to me." Jennie spoke.

"If you are here to give me this money, then I don't want it. And if you don't have anything to speak, I'll leave." Lisa turned around to leave But Jennie stopped her.

"Wait, Lisa think practically. Do you think a girl like you is worth enough to be Taehyung's girlfriend?" Jennie smirked, "He deserves a rich and hot girl like me, not a poor and ugly girl like you." Jennie mocked.

Lisa clenched her fist. She really wanted to punch her right in the face now, "Ms.Jennie Kim, I humbly request you to think before speaking. Choose your words wisely. I won't be tolerating any insults anymore." She spoke politely and left from there.

Jennie looked at Lisa, leaving with eyes full of anger and jealousy. "I will make you pay." She said to herself and sat on her car, driving away.
