CHAPTER 1

"Avy, come here. Look what I've brought for you." Lisa called the little girl, sitting alone in the corner of the room. Avy was an introverted 4 year old girl. She was different from every children in the orphanage where she was working currently.

The little girl walked towards in small slow steps. Lisa smiled and picked up the baby and made her sat on her lap. "Look. I bought this for you. Its your favourite chocolates." She smiled taking out a box of chocolates from her bag.

A smile grew on the baby's face, "Did you like it?" Lisa sweetly asked. The little girl nodded, admiring the chocolates in her hand. "Remember to share the chocolates with you friends too. Okay?" Lisa asked looking at her with full of love.

Avy's smile disappeared at her sentence. She put the chocolates close to her chest and hugged it with her little hands, pouting. She shook her head not wanting to share her chocolates. Lisa understood the girl's hesitation.

"Look, baby" she lifted her chin gently, " Good girls always share their food with other children. Avy is a good girl, right?" Lisa asked caressing her hair. The little girl slightly nodded.

"That's my girl. So you should share you chocolates with others too. If you want more chocolates, you can tell me. I will buy you anything you want." Lisa always tried to make the baby happy. Avy needed special love and care. She is not so approachable. The only one who she talks and smiles to is Lisa. Lisa gave her all the love she needed and spoiled her with gifts.

Today had been an hectic day for her. She usually works at the orphanage on holidays and she had college on the other days. Her financial state was down. The salary from the orphanage is not sufficient for her house rent and school fees. So she took up a job at the café near her college. She works there at evening, after college.

Lisa reached back at home about evening. She opened the door and placed her bag on the side and plopped on the couch. She layed on the couch for sometime until she heard the calling bell ringing.

Lisa opened the door and saw the house owner standing there. "Lisa, when are you planning to pay my house rent?" She asked and entered inside. Her eyes wandered around making sure that Lisa didn't caused any damages.

"Ms. Lee, Just give a week time. I will surely pay it. I will get my salary in a week. Please." She begged hoping the house owner won't throw her out.

"How many times I have given you time, Lisa. You still haven't paid yet. I'm giving you excuses because you're a girl, living alone and working day and night." She explained. Lisa nodded and looked down, "Okay. I will give you 4 days time. If you didn't pay my rent then find some other place to live." She said and walked outside.

Lisa sighed and sat back on the couch. Her life is messed up. She don't have any friends to help. Her family is not in a good terms with her. Her bullys snatches away the money she made, working hard day and night. Now she is helpless.

Lisa let all her thoughts aside and decided to go and take a warm shower. She let all her worries go away. After the shower she made some noodles for dinner and plopped on the couch, playing a drama.

Lisa felt sleepy and washed the dishes and went to her bedroom for a good sleep.

"Have you confirmed the deal with the Jeon companies?" Kim Taehyung a.k.a the cold boss asked his assistant who was walking behind him.

"Yes sir. But Mr.Jeon had asked to meet you in person to fix the deals." His assistant replied checking on to the files he held.

"Alright, fix the schedule for next week." He replied and sat on his car and instructed the driver to take him to his house.

Taehyung lived alone in his mansion. He had no families. His parents and brother died in a plane crash. At his young age, his father was the one who look after the company. Taehyung didn't worried about the company. He was a playboy who parties all night with friends and came back to home at night.

After his father's and brother's death, he took over the company. Within a less amount of time, his company became no. 1 in Korea and one among the best companies of the world. His working career was successful but his personal life was a failure.

His looks were enough to kill the young girls in town. He had the looks of the heroes seen in movies. The girls were crazy for him. But he had no time for their bullshits. All he cared for was his company.

He reached home and walked straight to his bedroom. He was stressed from work. He took a bath and went to his study room. He had plenty of pending works to complete. His life was stressful. He worked hard and his hardwork had paid off. He was chosen as the best businessman last year.

Both of their lives were equally opposite. Lisa was a sweet and innocent girl. Taehyung was a cold and rude man. Their love is unexpected and complicated too..
