It's been 10 years from the year Elara's father A.K.A Lord Voldemort left the house and never came back. Her dad, Severus, kept telling her that he died in Potter's house but a part of both of them knew this wasn't true. Severus was a good dad; he raised his daughter to be a wise witch despite the fact he was forced by Voldemort to become his partner and a parent to their child. 12 years ago, when Voldemort discovered Snape's interest in the muggle born girl, Lily, he forced Severus to marry himself in order to forget about the mudblood girl and prove his loyalty to the Dark Lord. Severus had no other choice but to pretend to be happily married to who must not be named. But things got worse when Voldemort got a brilliant idea about having a child with Severus to continue the Salazar Slytherin's blood line.
"But my lord you know it's not possible for both of us to be the child's biological father "
"Do you think I'm a fool Severus?"
"Of course not, but I don't know what do you have in your mind."
"I'm the most powerful wizard the world has ever seen and my specialty is dark magic. It's so simple: I transform your sperm to an ovum so it can be combined with my sperm. This way our gens can pass to our child. I will be the child'd father and you will be the dad. I'm just looking for a woman to keep the baby for 9 months. Do you think Narcissa will hold the baby for us?"
"That's a brilliant idea my Lord, but Narcissa is already pregnant with her husband, Lucius Malfoy."
"Well then I'll ask her sister, Bellatrix. No doubt she will do that for me."
"Of course my Lord."

The baby girl was born while Severus was busy making a deal with Albus Dumbledore. He promised to spy on his husband, while Dumbledore was in charge of keeping Potters safe. Several months passed without any news of Potters' hiding place and Severus was feeling quite well, knowing Lily was safe and spent a lot of time with his beautiful daughter, Elara. Voldemort was on the other hand fascinated by her intelligence since the very first months of her life. He could say the girl was going to be a great witch soon. Elara was having a company of Malfoy's littlest member, Draco. They were being raised together since the beginning of their lives and it's been 11 years they're friends now. Draco was mostly interested in riding a broomstick and his father bought him one when he was 6. But Elara was never interested in having a broomstick because she was already able to fly, just like his father. So she spent most of her time reading books about every concept of magic. Before the age of 10, she covered all the books teaching to the 5th year Hogwarts students. Severus was so pleased to see his little girl being a quiet bookworm just like himself. Narcissa was so kind to her and so was Lucius; after all she was the Master's daughter. Maybe she could be the next villain in the history of the magical world. Everything seemed to be just fine in Elara's life; but she was having some troubles with her father's true identity. She was well aware of the fact that in the world outside the home, nobody likes her father. She was loosing the count of her father's crimes and she knew she wouldn't have a great time studying at Hogwarts between the children of families which her father had hurt while he was, well, present. Elara kept herself busy with studying to avoid the stress of facing people as Voldemort's daughter. She hoped no one would recognize the family name of Riddle as Voldemort's original name. So far, that was all she had to count on.
Yes, there was another positive point in going to Hogwarts and that was his dad being a professor there. Wait! He was also the head of Slytherin.. only if she was sorted in there! Another wave of anxiety passed through her and she started to make herself relax by reminding herself that both of her parents were sorted in Slytherin and remembered Draco once said it's a normal thing for family members to be sorted in the same house. Maybe she can be happy around her dad and Draco. After all, they gave her family vibes and it's nice to have your family by your side.
Soon the last days of August arrived and so did her Hogwarts letter. Severus joined her at the breakfast table. He looked at his worried girl and said "Do you want to do your shopping with Draco?" Elara shook her head and said "I would rather to go to the Diagon Alley with you if you're free" Snape gazed at her for a while and then agreed to be there for her first Hogwarts shop.
