Elara jumped out of bed with a harsh nock on her bed, and heard Severus announcing Cornelius Fudge is about to come to visit them and everyone need to get out of their bed right now. Elara got ready in no time -thanks to magic- and went downstairs where Severus was nervously looking around.
"How's he coming here? We disconnected the fireplace."
"He will apparate here. I gave him our address. I hope I never regret this." Said Severus through his clenched teeth.
"Is he going to expel me from Hogwarts?" Asked Harry, who had just arrived downstairs.
"Eat Potter. I don't want the minister I'm starving you here." Severus pointed at the kitchen table and Elara saw he had made breakfast.
Harry and Elara sat down and ate in silence. Elara was chewing the last bit of her pancake when she heard a BANG and saw Cornelius Fudge, in front of Severus.

"Thank you, Severus. Thank you for saving him. Merlin knows what would have happened if he had spent a night somewhere else. Oh, there you are, Harry, and you must be Miss Riddle." said Fudge, excitedly. Elara smiled and shook hands with him. Fudge took off his pinstriped cloak and tossed it aside, then hitched up the trousers of his bottle-green suit and sat down opposite Harry.
"I am Cornelius Fudge, Harry. The Minister of Magic."
Elara left the kitchen slowly and stood beside her dad, watching curiously.
"Well, Harry," said Fudge, pouring out tea from the breakfast table, "you've had us all in a right flap, I don't mind telling you. Running away from your aunt and uncle's house like that! I'd started to think... but you're safe, and that's what matters."
Fudge buttered himself a crumpet. "Now then, You will be pleased to hear that we have dealt with the unfortunate blowing-up of Miss Marjorie Dursley. Two members of the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad were dispatched to Privet Drive last night. Miss Dursley has been punctured and her memory has been modified. She has no recollection of the incident at all. So that's that, and no harm done."

Fudge smiled at Harry over the rim of his teacup, rather like an uncle surveying a favorite nephew. Harry, who seemed to not be able to believe his ears, opened his mouth to speak, and closed it again.
"Ah, you're worrying about the reaction of your aunt and uncle?" said Fudge. "Well, I won't deny that they are extremely angry, Harry, but they are prepared to take you back next summer as long as you stay at Hogwarts for the Christmas and Easter holidays."
"I always stay at Hogwarts for the Christmas and Easter holidays," Harry said, "and I don't ever want to go back to Privet Drive."
"Now, now, I'm sure you'll feel differently once you've calmed down," said Fudge in a worried tone. "They are your family, after all, and I'm sure you are fond of each other very deep down. So all that remains," said Fudge, now buttering himself a second crumpet, "is to decide where you're going to spend the last three weeks of your vacation. I suggest you take a room at the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley and —"
"Hang on," blurted Harry. "What about my punishment?"
Fudge blinked. "Punishment?"
"I broke the law!" Harry said. "The Decree for the Restriction of Underage Wizardry!"
"Oh, my dear boy, we're not going to punish you for a little thing like that!" cried Fudge, waving his crumpet impatiently. "It was an accident! We don't send people to Azkaban just for blowing up their aunts!"
"Last year, I got an official warning just because a house-elf smashed a pudding in my uncle's house!" Harry told Fudge, frowning. "The Ministry of Magic said I'd be expelled from Hogwarts if there was any more magic there!"
Fudge was suddenly looking awkward.
"Circumstances change, Harry... We have to take into account... in the present climate... Surely you don't want to be expelled?"
"Of course I don't," said Harry.
"Well then, what's all the fuss about?" laughed Fudge. "Now, finish your meal Harry, then I'll take you to the Leaky Cauldron."
Fudge strode out of the kitchen and took Snape with himself out of the sight.

Elahe watched Harry's amazed face and grinned "Got your answer, Potter. You're spending another year at Hogwarts."
"Why was he acting so odd?" Harry asked, not paying attention to her previous sentence.
"I don't know." Elara lied. She knew that was all because of Sirius Black. Harry had obviously no idea Black was after him. He didn't seem to know anything about him and Elara didn't want to be the one who tells him. Fudge came back after a couple of minutes with Severus, while Harry's luggage was floating in front of them.
"Ready, Harry?" He beamed and Harry stood up, nodding.
"Thank you for having me, professor." Harry said and Snape only responded with a little jerking of his head.
"Ok, off we go then. Nice to meet you miss Riddle. Now, Harry, if you take my hand."
Another BANG was heard and there were only Severus and Elara, standing there.
