It's been a week since the funeral, once again I've stayed in my room all week. I thought I should probably eat since I haven't been recently so I go downstairs and see the rest of my family eating lunch.
D: finally your out of your room
T: at least she's here, hey sis
K: hey Top
M: you could have put a better outfit on
K: jeez and you ask why I don't leave my room.
I mumble
M: Topper take your sister out, she needs fresh air, and a shower
I roll my eyes
T: you up for it?
I look at him for a minute.
K: fine
After about 30 minutes I was dressed.

I walk back downstairs, me and Topper get in his car and drive to the golf resort for lunch, as we pull outside I see Kelce and a few other girls I know are in Toppers year at school. Topper says hi to everyone but I just sit down and stay there quietly.
I hear mumbles around me "you heard what happened?" "I heard he kidnapped her" and then it led to my table.
*Girl - G
G: at least John B got what's coming for him, and it saved them the expense of a trial.
My head shot up to her.
K: you have no idea what your talking about
T: Keira-
G: excuse me? Oh I forgot your one of them
K: yeah, so you better watch your mouth.
I fall back in my seat and play with the hem of my shirt.
I sit quietly for abit longer until someone leans across Topper to pour some water, I look up to their face and see its JJ.
~Flashback~
Jj: you think this is easy-
K: Easy! Don't talk to me about easy! You really think John B dying only effected you? Huh?
~Now~
I look at him and want to cry. Topper looks up at JJ as he pours the water and knows that this bitch is saying the wrong thing.
G: all I'm saying John Bs going to hell for what he did to sheriff peterkin.
T: guys there still investigating.
Jj still doesn't look at me.
G: Yeah I don't know why it's obvious who did it.
Ke: yeah exactly
K: Hey-
Jj: shut up
T: listen,
Jj turned around to our table.
Jj: shut up!
T: Jj just walk away man it's not the time.
K: Top-
Ke: I don't think we were talking to you, pogue.
K: kelce!
Jj picks up a glass and taps it to get people attention.
Jj: can I get everyone's attention please. I have a little announcement to make. My bestfriend, John B did not kill Sheriff peterkin! Rafe Cameron killed and shot the sheriff in cold blood.
Kelce scoffs.
Jj: that's what happened
Ke: wow
Jj: is that so hard for you to believe?
Ke: it is actually hard for me to believe because it's always the... the kooks fault. It's never the pogues fault.
Jj picks up the water jug and throws it over kelce.
K: JJ!
The start to fight but topper tries to get Jj of kelce.
K: JJ, stop!
Ke: Keira get your boyfriend off of me!
T: are you serious? Knock it off! I told you it's not the time man
Topper finally got Jj of him.
*Manager - Ma
Ma: JJ
Jj: I know raz I know, I'm fired
Jj hands his apron to a worker.
I watch JJ walk off with his hand on his chest. He walks over to his motorcycle as people chant, "ride safe back to the cut buddy" I stand up as kelce and topper sit down and I run outside to him.
Ma: that's right Jj get the hell out of here!
K: shut the fuck up!
All the golf men stare at me.
K: no one asked for your fucking opinion so don't give one.
I turn to Jj on his bike and he looks at me with sympathy and thanks. I look down. Jj turns back around and sticks his middle finger up to all the middle aged men, he then revs his engine and bikes over all the plants outside the resort. I watch him and chuckle to myself.
