hehe wassup? so my stupid ass finally realized today (after legit 1 week of this diary already i know) that i haven't made/told u any rules that i try to follow in order to lose weight lmao
well, pls don't think im stupid, i ofc have some rules/restrictions in my head that i try to remember as good as possible but i should've written them down here as well since that's what this is about lol
i apologize for that :(

so here r my rules:

- at least 2,1 liters of water everyday (2,5 would be best)
- no sugar!
- no dinner
- intermittent fasting (which i currently do automatically since im on school break and wake up at around 11 hehe)
- no "snacking" (which means sweets or anything small u normally eat between meals for me)
- stretching and pilates everyday (actually ANY fuckin kind of movement is already enough, like,,, going on a walk or so)
