Just as you felt the cold evening breeze blow against your skin, Wonwoo pulls his head away, parting his lips from yours. Despite feeling cold just a moment ago, you felt your face start to warm up. You were feeling butterflies all over again. Your eyelids slowly flutter open and your eyes meet Wonwoo's dark hazel ones that seemed glimmer— as if there were stars in his eyes.

His large hands fell from the side of your face down to your sides respectfully, making sure it wasn't too sudden right before he leans against his car, pulling you in between his arms as he locked his hands behind your back.

Wonwoo's head was still near yours, leaning towards it as you were positioned in between his legs, standing. He let out a soft chuckle. "You calmed down."

Surprisingly, you did calm down. The silence between you guys somehow wasn't awkward, especially after that sudden confession and kiss. It was rather comforting, feeling the weight get off your chest in an instant. However, you couldn't look him in the eye just yet. You felt shy.

"I'm sorry for acting up." You mumbled as you looked at the ground, seeing the distance close between the both of you. You felt the slight breeze pass your hair, making you tuck stray strands on your face behind your ear.

"No, I'm sorry. I didn't realize I was being pretty dense. About... you know."

"Well, to be honest, you kind of were." You said with a small chuckle, finally meeting his eyes.

Wonwoo's lips formed a small smile. "I just thought it was pretty obvious that I liked you."

"Why would you think so?"

"You know what I'm talking about." Wonwoo rolled his eyes, leaning forward a bit to rest his chin over your head, pulling you in a bit more for a hug. He felt really warm. It felt nice since you were dressed lightly.

"No, I don't—"

"Before we keep talking, let's talk in the car. You're freezing." Wonwoo said as he cut you off, unlocking his car before you said anything else. He started it so he could turn on the heater, making sure to make it warm inside. He opened the back door for you, helping you get in before he followed, shutting the door.

Wonwoo leaned over the back to grab one of his extra puffer jackets, unfolding it since it was neatly folded. "Here, this should help," he said as he put it over your shoulders.

It smelled like him, you thought. You couldn't help but smile at his concern. "Thank you."

You felt his hand rest on your back as he pulled you in against him, letting you rest your head against his shoulder. He probably thought it'd make you feel a lot warmer. It did, you thought.

"So, going back, you really couldn't tell?"

You look up to Wonwoo as he continued the conversation earlier. You nodded slightly. "I thought you were just being friendly."

"I think you're the dense one here, Y/N. No guy goes out of the way just to walk a girl home, steal glances now and then, and so much more. I'm sure you know that."

"How am I supposed to know that? You were a popular guy." Still was, you thought. "You're probably as smooth as any other playboy out there. And you were suddenly going out of your way to pick Bora up and all, and whatever. I guess... I don't know. I just—"

Wonwoo chuckled lightly, his husky voice sounding the car as he cut you off. "Well, I got to admit that was all my fault. I'm sorry. I didn't really know what got to me then, I guess it was just the fascination of my high school friends getting back together and all that. I didn't mean to push you away like that."
