Chapter 3 - The Music Club

"Welcome to the Music Club!" a girl with fair skin and orange hair greeted me.

"E-eh? How did you know I was looking for the music club?" I asked.

"Well my friend down the hall, the one you encountered with a while ago told us that you are coming!" she replied.

"You mean the one with purple hair?"

"Mhmm! Her name is Mia she is a second-year like me!", she stated, "I'm Hayashida Valerie by the way!"

"Nice to meet you Hayashida-senpai" I bowed, "I am Fukuda Akemi"

I looked at the people behind her back and saw two girls looking at us, one was on the couch lying down while the other was standing, when they saw me staring at them, they smiled at me.

"Ah! Also, I'm going to introduce you to the other senpai's!" Hayashida-senpai said, "that one there lying on the couch is Nakagawa Sakura-senpai, she is a third-year, she is also the vice-president of the club."

I glanced at the girl lying on the couch, she had dark pink hair and brown eyes.

"Yo!" she spoke.

"Nice to meet you Nakagawa-senpai!"

"You can just call me Sakura," she said while winking.

"Y-yes! Sakura-senpai!"

"You can also call me Valerie too" Hayashida-senpai bubbled with sparkling eyes.

"U-uh Yes Valerie-senpai!"

"Haha! She called my first name first!" teased Sakura-senpai.

"Ha? But at least I introduced myself first!" Valerie-senpai replied

As I was watching them fight, someone held my right shoulder which made me jump a little bit.

"Did I scare you?" said a girl with blue hair and cole black eyes.

"No" I lied.

"Please ignore those two, they are always like that" she chuckled.

"My name is Suzuki Emika, I'm also a third-year like Sakura, and I'm the president of the music club. You can simply call me Emika!"

"Pls take care of me Emika-senpai!" I bowed

It seems that both Valerie and Sakura-senpai had finished their quarrel because both of them went towards us.

"What instruments do you all play?" I queried.

"Well I play the piano, Sakura-senpai plays the drums and lastly Emika-senpai plays the bass" Valerie Senpai answered, "How about you Akemi-chan?"

"Um, I play the guitar and I kinda play the piano too!" I explained, "Who is the singer of the band?"

The three of them looked at each other with uncertain expressions.

"We, don't have a singer to be exact" Sakura-senpai informed.

"Eh?"

"We just play instrumentally," Emika senpai said while winking her other eyes and sticking her tongue out.

"That's the reason why there aren't plenty of people watching our performances" Valerie-senpai stated.

"An-anyways" Sakura-senpai blurted out, "Can you play for us? So we can know where you are good at and where you are horrible at."

"Yes, senpai!" I looked around and saw a guitar lying on the corner, "Can I borrow the guitar? Because I left mine at my house."

"Of course!" Valerie-senpai voiced while giving the guitar to me.
