Eye patch grabbed my arm and yanked me out the door. "Hey! I need to lock the place up! Do you want me to get robbed?" I yelled, fighting against him. He looked at me and nodded, but didn't let go of my arm.

Once we reached Stark Towers he shoved me onto the couch and told Captain to make sure I didn't get away. "What on earth is going on?" I asked him. He looked down, "I'm sorry. I let it slip that you knew about Natasha." I felt my anger burn. "You WHAT?!" I lunged at him, punching him in the face. "Ma'am please." He said, picking me up and placing me back on the couch. I huffed and folded my arms, and dared not make eye contact with him.
"You completely disobeyed me." Eye patch said, walking into the room. I stood up, ready to defend myself but Captain pushed me down. I glared at him and kept my mouth shut. "I ordered you not to enter the diner while the meeting was going and you did." His eyes burned a hole straight through me. "I'm sorry but I had to if I wanted to keep my job. Natasha threw a pen at my wall and I had to get the stain off. If I hadn't gotten the notes on how to do it I would be a hobo right now!"
"That is not my problem." He said, coldly. I felt Captain tense, "Sir-" He started but Eye patch cut him off. "Captain, you have done enough. Please leave us."
He walked out, his head hanging in shame. He better regret what he did. I turned back to Eye patch and stared at him, wondering what he was going to do. Probably kill me. I thought.
"As for you I have already set a punishment. You are to stay here in Stark tower as a prisoner until we know what to do with you. Your little diner will be temporarily closed down or given away." He stated calmly before leaving me alone in the room.

I sat there, unable to move. "My diner." I managed to choke out before bursting into tears. That was my family heritage. It has been passed down through three generations. From my great grandma all the way down to me. I sighed heavily and wiped my eyes. "This won't do." I said before standing up and waltzing to the door.
I tried the handle but it wouldn't budge. "Ugggh." I exclaimed pulling harder. "Miss Clancy I have been given strict orders not to let you leave." A voice above me said. I whirled around and looked up but I didn't see anyone.
"Who was that?" I asked. "My name is Jarvis; Mr Stark's personal AI system." I shuddered and said, "So, you're like a robot?" Jarvis replied saying, "Yes."
I wandered around the room. It was quite big and spacious. It had five couches all arranged in a circle around a large glass table. Also connected, was a kitchen and I walked into it. "Yo Jarvis." I yelled. "Does this place have any food?" The fridge swung open and I could almost hear the chorus of angels. "Thanks Jar." I said, already giving the robot a nickname.

When Tony walked in I was finished with my cooking. I had made pies. He sniffed the air and looked over at me. "Mmmm. That smells great." I smiled and handed him one. "Steak and Cheese. My grandma's recipe." I said.
He took a bite and yelped, "HOT!" I laughed and said, "Thank you."
Tony took a seat on the couch and I poured him some beer from the fridge. Placing it on the table I said, "So, uhhh what's going on?" He looked over at me and said, "Well, Fury is telling the others what he is going to do with you. There is a massive argument going on so I just left to come talk to you." I smiled and sat down on a different couch.
"Thanks so much Tony." I quietly said, staring at my feet. I could feel his gaze turned to me and he said, with his mouth full of pie, "For what?" I looked up and replied, "For being something like a father to me." He smiled and the steak was caught in his teeth. I burst out laughing and he looked at me weirdly. "What? Is there something in my teeth?" I nodded and he scraped at his teeth. "Gone?"
"Yes." I said, when I had calmed down. He smiled again and I decided not to tell him about the little bit still left in there. "So, what is so special about me being a father to you?" He asked, hitting a soft spot.
"Well, my father was one that never really cared about me. He wasn't a 'never at home' parent, he was at home just the same amount as any other parent, but he just didn't care. I mean he asked me how I was but I knew he wasn't listening." I sighed, remembering all those nights that I had sat there awkwardly with my family, listening to their lovey dovey conversations. Tony looked at me, daring me to continue.
I sat there, holding back the tears that threatened to spill over. "Sorry, just a sec." I said, holding up my hand. Tony understood and we just sat there in silence.
After a few minutes I said, "I'm sorry. I can't go on." He nodded in understanding. Then he stood up and walked to the door. "And I'm sorry I was told to do this."
