Closing the door, I crept quietly to the center of the room. I had accidentally discovered this room a little while ago. It must have been one of the times I got hopelessly lost.
I sighed and ran my hand along the huge, white object. It was beautiful. Smiling, I sat down on the black piano stool and opened up the grand piano.
My fingers lightly danced over the keys, not pressing them hard enough to make a sound though. Songs that I had memorized came to mind and felt my hands slide into position.
"It couldn't hurt." I said, before slowly starting the song.
It felt good as my fingers softly pushed down the notes, making the tune of one of my favourite songs: Say Something.
Soon, I lost myself in the music and forgot about everything around me.

Third Person P.O.V.
Thor laughed heartily at Tony's comment, even though it was at his expense. Suddenly, he stopped and held his head at a weird angle. "Thor?" Tony asked him, poking him in the side.
He batted his hand away and held a finger to his lips. "Listen." He instructed and Tony turned his head.
"That's my piano." Tony said, jumping up. Thor stared at him and they both ran out of the room.
"What is that?" Steve asked, as he, Natasha, Clint and Bruce ran after them. Tony didn't answer as two more people joined the group; Pepper and Loki.
They all ran to the piano room and slowly opened the door.
Avallone was sitting at the grand piano that stood in the center of the room. It was white, and looked perfect. The piano stool was made of black leather.
They all stood there in silence, some mouths wide open. The song ended and Avallone sighed, closing the piano.

Avallone's P.O.V.
The song ended and I closed the piano, with a sigh. I hadn't played that in years. It brought back a lot of weird memories.
"Play another." A voice whispered across the room. My head snapped to the right and I gasped. All of the Avengers, plus Loki and Pepper, were staring at me, some with their mouths agape, others just in complete shock.
"You guys were listening?" I asked them. Tony nodded and strode up to the beautiful piano. "You're amazing. Please, play another one." I shrugged my shoulders and opened up the piano again.
"I don't have many memorized." I said, trying to come up with an excuse. I could feel the heat rising up my neck, and creeping onto my face. This was kind of embarrassing for me.
"Please." The other Avengers chorused and I hesitantly agreed.
Gosh, what one am I going to do? Smiling, I placed my fingers on the white keys and took a deep breath.
I felt Tony's presence leave my side and my fingers, involuntarily, started to dance across the keys.
The tune of the song A Thousand Years by Christina Perri filled the room, and once again, I lost myself in the music.

Minutes later, I realized that I had stopped playing and I sat back on the stool. The room was silent, and I was afraid that I had just butchered such a great song.
Suddenly, my friends burst into clapping, and loud 'yahoos' were yelled across the room.
"I think that you need to learn some more songs. " Pepper said, smiling and putting her light hand on my shoulder. I returned her smile and stood up.
"Thanks, but I don't know if I would have the time to. I want to focus on my training from now on. So, I guess there isn't really much time for music." I said, with a slight sigh. I love playing the piano, but I really need to focus on training to become an agent.
"You could take some days off training, ever now and then, and focus on learning the piano." Steve suggested. "Relearning." I corrected him. He smiled and nodded.
"Right, then it's settled! Avvy, you are going to do training and relearn the piano." Tony said, with exaggerated emphasis on 'relearn'. I smiled and nodded.
It sounded like a good idea. And, I was really looking forward to starting.

I kicked the punching bag and it shook. Smiling, I delivered a knuckle bending punch and the bag groaned. I grinned and wiped the sweat off of my forehead.
I had been training for over two hours. Maybe it was a good time to stop. I turned on my phone to check the time; 9:37. Shrugging, I chucked my phone in my bag, grabbed my water bottle and left the training room.
Exhausted, I collapsed onto my bed and fell asleep with my gym clothes still on.
