My head was spinning, my eyes feeling hotter than fire. The everlasting moonlight shined over me, showing me the path. My eyes followed the blood dripping down my legs onto the cold, hard ground.

I swallowed the intense excruciating pain and pulled myself off of the ground and begin limping into the woods.
A breeze of wind rushed past my face through the bushes, circling around me abruptly. I clenched onto
unrelenting feeling and leaned over. I wiped the blood off of my mouth turned around hesitantly staring at a shadowy figure.
In seconds I felt my hands wrap around their neck, enjoying the satisfaction. I tossed them against the tree letting their blood spill all over the ground.

I towered over the helpless body, grinning. I felt a burning sensation spread all over my body. There was something else here taunting me. I felt my head drift back and fourth as I slowly came back into reality. I stepped back away from the body trembling. I couldn't believe what I've done, No way I could've done that.

Images danced around in my head as I jumped awake feeling the floor wack against my back. I rolled to my side groaning in pain.

"Ophelia!" My mom yelled, entering my room. "I've been calling you for the last ten minutes. It's time to get ready for school."

She handed me a stack of clothes with a few hair accessories and took one last look at me before heading back downstairs. I sighed and got dressed. I decided, last minute on a pair of slightly baggy black jeans and and a blue shirt.
I swung my backpack over my shoulder and headed downstairs. Solace was already up running around making sure she had everything.
"But mom!" She begged, pulling along her already heavy backpack. "Why can't I bring three snacks."
"Fine solace." My mom sighed and smiled. "Just don't tell tell or share with anybody.

"Ophelia," My mom said with a cheerful voice."I could hear you tossing and turning last night. Is everything okay?"
"Just had a hard time getting comfortable."
She hugged me and slipped the house keys into my pocket. I already told her a few days ago that I was gonna walk to school. It beats the embarrassment of a parent driving you. Plus I didn't want to be in a car with Solace.
"Your first day of school!" She squealed with excitement.
"I'm leaping with joy."
Solace wrapped her arms around my waist and smiled. I gave a half smile before walking out of the door.
Before I found out that we were moving my life was just getting good until that night. I felt mad at first then it died down overtime.
I closed my eyes and dragged my feet along the sidewalk. The walk to school and back, according to my father was only gonna take five minutes at max.
I looked on the other side of the street and gazed across a group of people, heading the same direction as me.
Slowly, more and more people were walking on the sidewalk, on both sides of the street. After a few buses went past me, I came in view of an enormous brick school with a long paved road leading to where the buses were lined up.
A huge sign stood upward in front of the school reading, "Welcome to Spring-wall Bay High!"
I followed begin the crowd of people into the school. The entrance was wooden with a few school papers attached to the side.
Once I entered inside, was when the migraines would continue for the rest of the year.

The hallways were crowded with groups, standing by the maroon lockers. Thankfully, it was too crowded for anybody to notice me. I walked into the main office and gazed across the room for a seat.
    "Is there anything you need?"
The lady at the front desk looked at me with her eyebrows pulled down together.
"I need a copy of my schedule." I tugged onto my backpack strap. "I'm new here."
She glared over her computer screen and groaned.
"What's your name?" She asked dryly.
"Ophelia Mae."

After a few minutes she handed me the schedule and grumbled. I walked out awkwardly and back up another set of stairs.
Once I made it back down to the first floor the bell went off. My first period was gym, at least it wasn't math.
I walked around for a while until I found the door to the gymnasium. I walked in and looked around. The floors were freshly waxed and the walls were completely white painted bricks. On the lower parts of the wall there were mats right besides the bleachers.
"So you're new here?" A unfamiliar voice asked me.
I followed the voice to a tall blonde haired male wearing jogger pants and a white shirt.
"I am."
"Well since you're new here I won't be pushing the changing room locker rules onto you just yet but keep it in mind."
I nodded and took a sip of water. A girl with short straight golden blonde that was a little bit past her shoulder walked in throwing her backpack right besides me. She wore a black t-shirt and black leggings. Her eyes shined and glimmered light green with a little hints of turquoise.
"Kaius!" His husky voice yelled. "You're gonna be in a group with Serena and Ophelia."
A tall male with curly hair and honey brown eyes walked over to me. He wore a red shirt and black shorts.
"With two girls, today is gonna be easy." He chuckled.
Serena smirked, "You hold your head up higher than your patience level and then you wonder why you're hot headed."
"Jansen!" The teacher yelled. "You're on the other side!"
"Oh well we're screwed." Kaius said Candidly.
