First Day on the job...I got this. I hope.

After school, I had tooken about a thirty minute nap about around 2:00 then at 2:30 I did my homework, Then I took a hot long shower, got changed into my uniform about around 3:30.

I looked into myself in the mirror, I looked like a different person wearing red.

My whole life I've always wore Navy Blue. I gusse I did one thing on my list, Wear something besides Navy Blue.

As I looked at myself in the mirror I fixed my Tag, then stood up straight.

"We got this Tony...we got this." I nodded

Just before I left I ate some left over Chinese food and off I went.

I knew I was gonna make it early, I hadn't started my shift till 5:00 but, I don't think it would matter to them.

I mean, I don't really have much to do with my life now but work.

The moment I had walked in Jamie was there, her bright Bonnie Blue eyes stared directly at me as she handed a child a small bowl of buttery popcorn.

She gave a smile and walked towards me.

"Hey." She greeted

"H-Hi" I gave a awkward smile

"You're here early, you're shift doesn't start till" She looked at her phone "Two hours."

"Yeah, I know I just had...Nothing to do, s-so I decided to come on in early."

"Alright then, you can start a bit early. Movie room three is about to have their show finished and one of our employees called off."

I gave a slight nod and started walking to the closet where they had the brooms stored.
Which is practically a janitor closet but, let's not call it that.

As I waited I noticed Jaime was staring at me, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Why was she looking at me?

And why is she working like a normal employee? Isn't she supposed to be a hiring manager?

I have so many questions that must be answered but I don't know how to ask.

I watched as the storm of viewers of the film walked out, having silent chatter, spotting Audrey and Zack.

Shit, this is great.

I quickly looked down, trying to hide my face. But it wasn't any use. Audrey had spotted me right away.

She flashed a beautiful smile.
"Tony? Is that you?"

"Y-yeah, it's me." I felt the sweat start to occur on my palms, making my cast feel unpleasant than usual, good thing I only have a week till it's gone and I can finally be abit more normal.

"How come I haven't seen you in school?" She asked

"I gusse I've just been busy."

Zack came in giving me a evil grin. "Busy? Doing what? Kissing photos of older women on you're phone screen, or even alittle more on the physical side if you know what I mean."

My face turned red, frustration and anger filling each part of me.

Audrey had looked unamused by his joke. "Zack, stop."

"What? I'm telling you the truth, he's just some lonely loser who can't even get a decent job...Working at a movie theater? Really? I can do better than that."

I stood silent, defenseless from this evil monster that can manipulate good girls that fall for bad guys, if I blew up at him in front of Audrey she'd see me as awful as I see Zack. A monster. I can't do that to her.

Audrey rolled her eyes
"Come one Zack I gotta go home."

"Alright Beautiful." Zack looked over to me "See ya' later loser."

I just gave a smile, not knowing what to do in a situation such as this one, watching as they walked away, Zack looked back at me as he squeezed Audrey's ass tightly, flipping the middle finger at me.

So immature.

I went along to do my job, my brain not getting off this one subject.

Audrey's eyes...didn't look like as much as they did before. Something in her eyes, they didn't look happy and bright like usual.

Her bright Hazel eyes had looked dull and miserable as Much as my own.

My Cherry blossom girl had lost her spark.

But even worse.

When she smiles; I always feel the sensation of love turn my stomach, accelerate my heart rate, fill every part of me with Butterflies.

But this time, Nothing happened. I gusse I'm afraid to say, my love for Audrey is all gone. Shattered.

I feel like a fool, I had felt great affection for her, dreaming of a future relationship with her since I was ten...Seven years.

Sadly, all of that dreaming, the short conversations, the friendship we had. All of the effort I put just so she can be happy. It was all worth for nothing.

But, if I'm no longer in love with Audrey, who am I in love with?

"Tony." Someone broke into my thoughts

I turned to see Jamie

"Are you alright? I seen that Zack guy giving you the bird while he left with his girlfriend."

I stood silent for a second thinking 'Am I really okay?'
That was a question I couldn't really answer but, not wanting to cause any worry, I lied.

"Yeah, he's just like that sometimes."

"Oh, so he's an asshole."

"I mean not asshole but more of a...A...Yeah, basically an asshole." I shrugged

Jamie gave a soft laugh.
"Glad we can agree."

"Yeah...Uh, Jamie."

"Yes?"

"I know this question may be stupid but, if you're the hiring manager, how co-"

"I'm not the hiring manager, My father is." She awnsered

"Oh, so you're not really called Jim?" I asked

"No, that's my father's name. That's why through the phone it was a man's voice and through the walkie too. My father just wasn't feeling like doing his job so, he asked if I could."

"Alright, sorry for asking the question."

"No its alright no need to apologize."

"Sorry."
I wanted to face palm myself so badly.

"Okay...well, I'm just gonna go, let me know if you need anything." Jamie smiled

"Alright."

"O-kay." She said awkwardly as she slowly shifted out of the movie house.

The rest of my work shift I thought of those eyes. Those Hazle eyes. They suddenly turned into Bonnie Blue.

That must mean something, but I don't know what.
