this is my first story that i write . i'm sorry for my poor writing skills and my bad grammar . i'm still learning since im new to this and also english is not my first language .

   it is the first day of school after holiday ended . i walk through the school gate as my hand was busy holding my folding cane so that i know which direction to go to . yes i am a 17 years old blind girl called Kim Tiha who is waiting for someone to donate their eyes to me . i went to a normal highschool just like any other teenagers do.

i know people must be asking 'how can a blind girl go to a normal highschool ? they should go to a high school for disability people ' .this is my story , i am actually a normal girl two years ago without any disability . everything changed that one night .

flashback

my dad slapped me as i fall to the ground and leave a red mark on my right cheek . my eyes becomes teary while watching him shouting and throwing stuff on the floor . "he is drunk again " i sighed . he always get drunk every single night after my mom died due to cancer . he relieved his stress by drinking but tonight he is different than any other night . my dad never hurt me . he would never lay his hand on me even when he was drunk .

i stand up and hold his hand . " dad please calm yourself i know you miss her and i miss her too " crying while hugging him to stop him from throwing stuff . " let go " my dad said while gritted his teeth but i did not let him go . " i said let go of me !" he pushed me hard .

my head hit the cabinet hard and fall on the ground . what i didn't know is that my dad put a jar of acid on top of the cabinet . the acid is for washing films because a lot of mom's pictures are in films . suddenly the jar fell directly on my face . i scream on top of lungs and my dad eyes widened in shock . my dad run to me and called 911 with his trembling hand pressing the number on the phone .

time skip ( at the hospital )

my eyes got bandages on and i can't see anything . "sorry sir but she can't see anymore . she is blind now . im sorry . " dr. said to my dad in a sad tone . "dad what does he mean that i can't see anymore ? " i asked my dad in a shaky tone while my dad looked at me feeling guilty with tears in his eyes . " im sorry tiha this is all my fault " he cried as he hold my hand . " no no no !! " i yell not believing what he said to me just now . " but sir if you want your daughter's sight back someone must donate their eyes tu her "

" kim tiha ! " my friend kang mari called me from distance . she run towards me happily . although i can't see but i can diffrentiate their emotions by hearing their voice tone . also i can sense someone by their scent so that means i have a very strong sense of smell .

" shh stop being so loud . my ears about to burst " i said to her while i hear her giggling . she is my best friend since we were a little kids . our mom are very close to each other before we were born so that is why we are best friend till now . " cmon we are late to class stupid " kang mari said while pulling my hand signalling me to walk faster while holding each other's hand .

     when we about to enter our class , i sense a smell . " good morning , blind girl " park rohee chuckle as i rolled my eyes . she was my best friend before i got blind  . " ugh my nose getting itchy " i said to her while she's getting confused by what i just said . " oh well im allergic to fake friend " i smirk at her and mari laugh at my joke .

     " what the hell ! " she shout and enter the class while stomping her feet . " wow im impressed i wonder where you get that attitude " kang mari said patting my back . " got it from you duh " i said in a sassy tone and flip my hair jokingly .

       we walk to our seat when suddenly someone burst the door open almost breaking the door . " HOLY SHIT" choi nara said while she breath heavily . choi nara is also my best friend . we knew each other when we go to the same highschool . so me , mari and nara are besties forevah . " am i late ?! " she ask loudly . me and mari shook our head meaning that she is not late . " thank god btw hey guys " while she sit beside me while mari is on the other side .

" wait what is our first class ?" nara ask us while she put her bag under the desk . " its history " mari said calmly while nara widened her eyes . " what a boring subject to start the day " nara sighed while putting her head on the table .
