" hello tiha , this is doctor park here . there's a donor for you and i think you should come to the hospital quickly " its morning and i got an urgent call from my doctor .

at the hospital

    " do you want to proceed tiha ?" my doctor ask me , make me nod my head quickly . i have been waiting for this for so long and i dont want to postpone it . " sign this document and you can get ready " my doctor said to me and put my hand where i should sign the documents

    mari and nara are here too , not wanting me to be alone in the hospital . they wait and wait until my operate is over . " are you tiha's guardian ? " one of the nurse ask mari . " yes ! "

"you should come with me tiha is awake now " making them nervous to see her friend while the nurse lead them to my room . " oh my god tiha you have eyes now " nara squeal while mari cry , seeing her friend's eyes are covered with a bandages .

" relax guys oh my god . you guys are embarassing me right now " i hide my face with my hand . " btw guys can you call jake ?" i said to them as take my phone from my bag .

   " here take this and just press 1 " i explain to them while mari and nara look at each other confused . " i want to tell him that he's right . the miracle really exist " i said to them . " okay wait " mari said to me .

   " he's not answering " i turn my head to them . " what ? try again " i said

" he's not answering again "

" that's fine i think he is busy " as i lay down on my bed sadly . " uu i think my friend has fallen in love isn't she ?" nara said as she nudge my shoulder playfully . " shhh " i said while they look at each other with wide eyes . " OMG REALLY I WAS JUST PLAY-  " mari slap nara's mouth shut , bowing to the nurse who look at us weirdly .

" he's actually a very gentleman person even he is rebellious guy" i explain to them while they sit in front of me , listening to my story like a little kids . then i tell them about everything that has happened to me and jake .

" aww very sweet ~ " mari and nara slap each other playfully and laugh , feeling cringe . " stop " my cheeks turn red as tomato . " but did he know your feeling " mari ask curiously , tiha about to say something but close her mouth back . she pursed her lips as she was thinking what to answer mari's question . " no " i said

  " i think he likes you back because he seems like he care for you " nara said to me

" i don't know  " i sighed

" i want to see his face . i really want to see him " i look down

    mari pat my shoulder , comforting me " don't be sad you will see him okay " as she continued patting my shoulder . " yah we should be happy since tiha got her eyes " nara said trying to lift up the mood

   mari and nara went back home since the visiting hours has ended . i can't sleep thinking about how does jake looks like

i bet he look handsome . i can't stop thinking about him . he doesn't even answering to my call . is he that busy ?

after sometimes , i drifted to sleep .

2 days later

    its been 2 days since i last talk to jake . i wonder what is he doing now ? why is he so busy ? did he don't want to meet me anymore ? questions running through my mind as i ruffling my hair

" morning tiha . are you feeling okay ? " my doctor enter my room and started to check on my condition . " yes im good doc " i smile at him

" so today i will open your bandages from your eyes " my doctor was about to open my bandage, i stop him . " wait can you take my phone i want to call someone . i really want him as the first person to see me with eyes "

i call jake as i wait him to pick up my call

pick up pick up

i bit my fingernails nervously

he answered . hey its jake here im busy today so should call me later bye

tut tut tut

voicemail.

i smile sadly at my doctor and just let him open my bandages . i squinted my eyes when my eyes hit the sunlight that shines in the hospital room . " can you look at this tiha " my doctor pointed his finger infront of me

" doctor "

" i can see it very clearly " i said as my tears drop on my cheeks . feeling very happy and grateful at the same time . i hug my doctor .

"thank you doctor . thank you so much "

" no tiha you should thank yourself since you've been very patient and still have hope on yourself " he smile proudly at me as i smile back at him .

" doctor can i ask about my donor who gave me the eyes ? "

" all i know is his parents is coming here from australia and wanted us to transfer his son to australia's hospital since his dad is a doctor there" i nod in response
