Daeun POV

I just woke up in my bed, and the last thing I remember is seeing Felix before falling to the floor. He is, and will forever be my bias in Stray Kids. Even if he is my best friend's brother.

I sit up and look out the window. It was already night time!?

How long was I sleeping for?

I stand up and go to the living room where I see Y/n sitting on the sofa watching TV.

"Wow, you woke up," She says, seeing my reflection through a nearby mirror. "Yeah, how long have I been out?" I ask.

"About 6 hours," She says plainly. Woah. "Seriously? That long?" I ask in shock. "You seem to be quite affected by my brother, Daeun," She says. I sit down next to her. "No I'm not. I just got a little surprised, I didn't know he would be here."

"Mhm sure."

"I'm serious!" I say, trying to defend myself. She just shakes her head and chuckles, continuing to watch the show she has on.

"Did you know Felix would be back so soon?" I ask. "Nope. It was a complete surprise to me," She tells me. "Oh, okay."

Suddenly, a notification goes off on Y/n's phone and she picks it up to check what it is. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I saw Maria from the diner's name pop up. They seemed to be very good friends.

"I'll be right back," She says, getting up and going to her room. I'm starting to wonder what her and Maria get up to. Or if that person she's texting nonstop is really called Maria.

I go to my room and close the door after getting a notification from Yeonjun. Or should I say, "Maria from diner."

"Who are you talking to?" Daeun stands in my bedroom door frame, making me jump.

"Uh, just Maria from work," I tell her. She stands there in silence, expecting me to say more. "She wants to hang out tomorrow," I say.

"Oh. Where?" She asks. "Here actually, which is why I wanted to ask if you could leave the apartment at around 3pm please."

Are you dumb Y/n? You really think she's going to leave at that specific time just for you.

"Um, no. I don't know what's going on between you and your co-worker but I'm not leaving the apartment just so you can have alone time or whatever," She says. I sigh. I need to figure something out.

ding

The lightbulb in my head just turned on. A brooding smirk is plastered onto my face. "What if I get Felix to hang out with you?" I bribe. "As if you would actually do that," She says. "Come on, please! I promise I'll get him to go with you somewhere," I say.

She stays silent for a bit, her arms folded. "Ugh, fine. But if you're lying to me imma-"

"Im not lying. I'll text him now."

"Okay."

She walks out of my room and closes the door. I go into Felix's chat and send him a text.

I put my phone down and go back to the living room.

"Felix agreed to take you out tomorrow," I say with a smile. "Oh, really?"

I nod. "You just need to try stay calm okay?"

"Of course I'll stay calm, why wouldn't I be calm?" She asks, scoffing. "We both know you can't keep your cool around my brother," I say. "I'll be fine!" She says. "Now I'm gonna go to bed. Goodnight Y/n."

"You haven't even eaten dinner yet," I say. "I'm not hungry." I laugh at her as she walks off to her room.
