Mitsuya was the best Doctor the asylum ever had. Hardworking, wise, gentle, cheerful......

Izana would threaten him every day. EVERYDAY. But he'd simply ignore his violent behavior with a smile.
There also were times when he regretted choosing Izana as his patient.

Mitsuya was gaslighted. And it wasn't Izana, it was them, the sleep-deprived duo, Aizawa & Hanma.
All because he stumbled upon 'a secret' no one was supposed to know except for them.
