He kept walking in front with you following his trails from behind. The asylum was almost like a maze with every halls and rooms so similar. No wonder why you got lost.
You both were in a complete different building with nobody in sight. Somewhere within you, you were frightened. The hall echoed the sound of your footsteps making the situation similar to that of a horror movie.

A female pushed you aside and ran out of the room managing her dress. Dr. Hanma with a messy hair and lipstick marks on his face too was managing his unbottoned shirt by facing away from you.

Koko was busy cackling like a villain when he saw your embarrassed figure rushing out of the room.
