He calms down and we go to meet the others in the cafeteria, Allison waves to me. Stiles sits next to Brooklyn before remembering that it is lunch, he stands up, "I'm going to grab some food, Scott should I grab you?"
"Uh, I'm not hungry."
My hands suddenly feel itchy so I go to scratch them when I see that I have claws. "Shit!" I start to panic and hide them under the table.
"What?" Kira asks.
"I-I'm shifting." Allison grabs my hands and raises her eyebrow, "Nothing?"
"Y-you don't see it?" She shakes her head, "It's not really there Scott, it is the Nemeton remember? You're fine." She hands me her water and Stiles comes back with his full tray, "How much do you eat?"
"You sound hungry!"
I look over at the line, it is so long now and there is no way I'm waiting in that. I Look at Stiles' apple then back at him, "Are you going to eat th-"
"Just take the damn apple."
I didn't notice I was starving and I ate it fast along with everyone else before I notice Isaac isn't with us. "Where's Isaac?" I ask Allison but she shrugs.

"Hey, Alli?" Stiles asks, "Remember that day in the woods when you nearly killed Lydia?" Lydia's eyes widen and Allison nods her head. "That guy or figure you saw, what did he look like exactly?"
"It had a manly body with a bandaged face. I could only see his mouth with its sharp teeth," she answers.
"Well, that night we sacrificed ourselves, we came in contact with the Nemeton... I think that somehow, we summoned that-"
"Nogitsune?" I interrupt them, "Kira's dad explained to me, In Japanese folklore, Kitsunes are intelligent foxes that possess paranormal abilities that increase as they get older and wiser. They have the ability to shapeshift into human forms, like Kira. A thunder kitsune."
Stiles pulls the Beastiary out of his backpack and reads out:

It is also thought to possess great wisdom and knowledge and is often seen as a trickster figure. Nogitsune is often associated with fire, as they are said to be able to create and control it. They are also known to be able to create illusions and can manipulate the elements to manipulate people and situations. They also have an affinity with the dark arts and can be used as tools of evil by dark magicians and witches. Nogitsune is often portrayed as evil and malicious creatures, but they can also be wise and helpful to those who find themselves in need of their assistance. In some cases, they may even be benevolent and offer their help or protection. The Nogitsune is a powerful creature and should be treated with respect.
