Chapter 7 Everyone Messing Around

~Rikona's Pov:~

There's something odd about those four. Gray, Hazel, Kana, and Asher. I asked them where they go to school, they all froze and seemed to be in a mini panic. Suspicious. "We all just moved here! And we're all looking for an apartment together. We haven't found any yet!" Hazel calmed, being nervous. "Then tell me this," she looked at me confused. "Why did they need to find you?" I asked. "Because-" Asher then cut her off; "We split up to find an apartment. Gray got lost and passed out." He said, real cold. I couldn't tell if he's lying, or he just has a good poker face. I sighed, "Fine, I believe you guys." Shin looked down at the ground before saying something. "You guys can stay with me-" they all gasped. "We couldn't!" Kana protested. They all kept fighting him about it.

"I live alone, I moved out; due to my parents needing more room. Plus, my apartment has two rooms. Me Asher and Gray could bunk together. Kana and Hazel have the other room. How does that sound?" 'He's smart' I thought to myself, and smiled, blushing a little bit. Hazel sighed. "Are you sure we wouldn't be a burden to you?" He nodded. "Okay, fine then! We will be staying at his place! Don't you guys dare protest!" She yelled at the others. I laughed at her childness.

The only people who don't live together are me and Yuko, which we should keep it like that. He would love it, he's so sweet. He's totally crushing on me.

~Hazel's pov:~

I took up on his offer. Reason why, Gray would probably love living with them. Plus, I need to know how/what 2021 is like. It could be dangerous for all I know. Someone could betray us. I look Shin straight in the eyes. "We also need to enroll in your school," he nodded. "That won't be a problem," he smiled softly. I looked at his hands, and there's paint on them, I chuckled to myself because of that. "Now! Come on guys! Let's go to my place!" We nodded and said our goodbyes to Yuko and Kona and went right to his place.

We walked in, and it was a nice small apartment. The kitchen was to my right, to my left was the living room, to the right, then three doors straight ahead. "Now, my, Gray, and Asher's room will be in this room," Shin said, pointing towards the left door. "Yours and Kana's room is on the right. The bathroom is in the middle. Hope you don't mind!" Gray smiled. "It's fine Shin! I'm excited to get to know you guys more!" Shin just smiled at the little boy. "Hey Jiro! Why the hell haven't you been home!" Shin sighed. I looked behind me and saw a guy with black hair, red eyes, bandages on his arms, and he has a scarf? (He's also hot.) The man with black hair looked at us. "You made new friends! Congratulations!" His voice is very scratchy. Gray being the naïve person he is, he tells the man.... "You look like Gajeel from this one show I watch!" The guy with black hair fumed over his statement. "What the hell did you say punk?!" He charged over to my younger brother, Gray got in a ball position, and started to cry saying "dad! Please don't!" Before the strange man could punch him, I pushed him away and comforted Gray. They all looked shocked from Gray's statement, but Asher. Asher is the only one who knows what mine and Gray's father did to us.

"I'm sorry" the strange man mumbled. I smiled at him, "It's okay. He just has PTSD" I kept rubbing his back. They nodded. "Scary man!" Kana yelled at him, he looked like he wanted to punch her. "What's your name! Then we'll tell you ours!" She yelled at him. "It's Itsuki Haru, call me Suki '' He plainly stated. We all nodded. Kana told him our names. Asher Didn't really like how close Kana and Suki were getting. After Gray calmed down, he left to watch this show called "Fairy Tail."

All five of us were sitting on the couch, talking. "Suki?" I said, catching his attention. "Why did you get so angry when Gray said you reminded him of a character?" Suki looked at the ground. "I don't want you to know! Fuck off about it!" He yelled at me, making me jump in my seat a little. "Sorry" I looked down at my feet. "It's okay," he told me. "Asher! What's up with you and Kana!" Suki asked, making his eyebrows go up and down. Asher and Kana blushed a deep red. 'They love each other' I thought to myself.
