Chapter 9 Tears

~Rikona Pov:~

I waited a few minutes before messaging Yuko. 'I can't believe I did that!' I screamed at myself. I laid in bed, waiting for him to message me, if he didn't I would in a few minutes. This is totally out of character for me to be freaking out! It was only a kiss! It will happen again! Only, if we get together, but that's beside the point! I raised up, and grabbed my phone, messaging Yuko.

Me: I'm sorry for what I did! We can forget about it if that's what you want! Not that I want to! Just wondering about you?! Sorry! -sent-

I waited a few minutes before looking back at my phone, to see he hadn't even read it, nor seen it. I sighed. 'Maybe he went to sleep... Yeah! That's what he did' I sighed. Standing up, going to my dresser. I get out of my turtleneck outfit and get dressed into some pj's. I wore a purple shirt, and purple pajama pants. I put my hair into a bun and went to sleep. Awaiting my answer.

I woke up, and I immediately looked at my phone. No reply. I sighed; I wish he would respond to me. Once I go over to Shin house, maybe he will then? I don't understand him. He obviously likes me, but now he doesn't want anything to do with me. Is he just like every other boy I know? Probably not. He's probably scared. He is a very timid boy sometimes. I just sighed. Getting dressed into a light blue turtleneck shirt, and a black skirt. Heading my way towards Shin house. I stopped at Yuko house. I see Suki come out. We all kind of live close, but they're like, next door neighbors. "Hey Rik!" He yelled out in excitement. I gave him my casually warm smile. "Is Yuko, okay? He hasn't messaged me all day?" He looked at me worried. He looked at the ground and put his thumb, and pointer finger to his chin, holding it. He looks back up at me.

"Should we go inside his house?"

"That would probably be a good idea." I agreed with his statement.

We walked up to his porch, to see the door barely opened. "Weird," I mumbled. "Should we even touch the door?" I asked, looking up at the very tall Suki. "I'll kick it," I nodded. Normally, I would have tried to talk him out of it, but I really want to know if Yuko is okay. "There we go!" He smiled at me. "Thank you, Suki" he just put his thumb up at me. I walked in first... That's when I see it. I put my hand over my mouth, trying to cover my screams. Suki looked even more shocked. The tears came out of my eyes so fast. Like a river. There I see, the purple haired Yuko laying right in front of my eyes, lifeless as could be. I rushed over to his dead corpse, Suki right behind me. His body was pale, he looked like he was having a peaceful dream. I cried. "Call the cops Suki!" I barely choked out; due to how much I was crying. Suki quickly got up and rushed to find a phone.

I can't believe someone would do this to Yuko! He was so preciouses. I kept crying. Suki came over and started crying as well. Hugging me and comforting me. The cops came in quickly after that. The ambulance came as well. The corner... It was all so blurry to me. Suki did most of the talking because I couldn't stop crying. They took away his body. All I really remember was seeing his dead body, and them taking it away. I couldn't focus on anything else. I laid my head in Suki's lap. "You need to call the other, Suki" I tried telling him, without tears coming out. He nodded. He picked my dead body weight and laid me on the couch. He grabbed the phone and called Shin. Telling them all that had happened. He put the phone on the coffee table. "They're coming" he chuckled lightly, trying to make the depressing room a little lighter. I nodded.

It felt like forever before they came rushing the doors. Everyone had puffy eyes. Kana was really hurt out of all of them. She had been crying into Asher's chest. Hazel seemed shocked to even cry, she was more like in a daze. Shin had cried a little bit, you could tell by his somewhat puffy eyes, Asher was trying his best to be strong for Kana... And Gray? Oh god... He kept crying into Hazel. Begging her to bring him back.
