He's gonna film it, send it to the kings and use it to lure them in.

" So, baby girl. " Vernon whispered, loud enough for the camera to hear him. He rubbed his hand up and down my thigh, his grip getting tighter as he got closer to my heat.

" Don't call me that. " I spat through my clenched teeth.

" Shh. " He chuckled as he came down from behind me and kissed my neck roughly. " Vernon, enough! " I revolted. He took the knife to my leg, almost piercing the already scarred spot. I hissed in pain and he smirked.

" All I need is Lee Chan to come. I'll send my location via paper to the castle. I cannot promise she'll be in good shape when you get her but she'll be alive. ". He smirked walking over to the camera.

" Goodbye. " Was the last thing I heard before he left me in that room for a week, alone.

Meanwhile, Jennie had come back to Jisoo after Jake's tantrum. She hid after noticing Vernon as a threat, he summoned a dragon and they vanished. " I need to get the others " She spoke to herself as her eyes changed colors, from gold to brown, over and over again. She's a wolf, part human obviously but she doesn't want people to know she's a wolf because that would make her an enemy. Rushing to Jake, she comes across him sulking in the flowers. Grabbing his arm and pulling him up in a rushed manner, he stopped her.

" What's wrong Jennie? ". She was stuttering, unable to correctly pronounce her words.

" Jennie, breath. " He spoke in a soothing voice, working to calm her down.

" Vernon had a dragon kidnap Jisoo. " Jake attempted to push past her but she held him back.

" Jenyeon let me go! I have to find Jisoo. "

" I have their scent, I can track them and find them. Just try to keep this on the low, I don't want her to die if they catch us. ". Jake hesitantly agreed, letting Jennie go down a road of doom. Though no one knew it was gonna turn out that way.

Turning around, she started to follow the scent. They arrived in about an hour. Spotting a door, they walk to it, about to go inside before she sensed another presence, another creature. The dragon. She carefully and quietly opened the door, sneaking up behind the other creature to attack. Though luck wasn't on her side as the creature turned around and trapped her in his arms.

" Who are you? " He whispered sternly.

" A friend of Jisoo's, let her go. "

"You're smart. " He let her go and she back away confused. " You're not gonna snap my neck or something? "

" No, dragons don't kill like that. We prefer a slow and very sufferable death. ". Her eyes widened, " Okay but that doesn't explain the fact that you called me smart. "

" Well, your not actually that smart but instead of exposing your identity when asked, you just gave context. Now, leave before I turn and kill you as a dragon. Or call Vernon to kill you. "

" Then do it. " He laughed as she heard a voice come from the room behind him.

" Jisoo! " She rushed to it only to be pushed back by Joshua.

" I'm sorry. "

" What? "

" I said I'm sorry! I don't want to do this, to hurt you guys or anyone for that matter but I must. "

" What do you mean? "

" I mean, seeing as there are only three of us left on the planet, we must fend for ourselves. Put others last and ourselves first, no matter who gets hurt in the process so our species can survive. ". The pain was clear in his face, even someone as oblivious as Jennie could see it.

" Look, dragon man- "

" Joshua. "

" Joshua, if you don't want to do this, help me save Jisoo. "

" No, Vernon will kill me. "

" He can't as long as you sire to me. If we can create a connection strong enough, we can break your bond with him. Only afterward, you'll be bonded to me. "

" But Jisoos friend- "

" Jennie. " She interrupted as he smiled.

" Jennie, that means if he hurts me somehow before the bond is broken, it'll affect you too. "

" I know and- " She paused, an idea hitting her like a truck on a highway, quickly. " Since you're still bonded to Vernon, I can kick your shin or something to take him down momentarily. Then we'll bond together and get Jisoo out. " He shook his head, " Jennie, are you sure that'll work? ". She didn't answer, thoughts running through her head, many ways on how this could end. Jisoo dying by Vernon's hands, Joshua betraying her in the end, her getting into a life or death situation with Vernon. Then her mind cleared and she finally replied.

" No. "

" No? " Joshua stuttered fearfully.

" I won't lie to you, I don't think it'll work but you never know until you go for it. "

" Give me your hands. " Joshua spoke, Jennie played out a look of confusion.

" Hands. " He said yes again but in a more demanding tone. She held out her hands and he grabbed them, closing his eyes and her blindly following. She suddenly felt sparks through her body. She threw her head back as the sparks traveled, a tingling feeling going down her spine before everything stopped.

" Now, for the painful part, I'm sorry. " Joshua whispered before sharp pain went through Jennie's body. Her scream could've been heard from miles away, another distorted scream joining hers. From a man, Vernon.

" Jisoo, Jisoo wake up! " I shot my head up and first saw nothing but light. Then my vision got clearer and I saw Jennie and Joshua.

" Get away from her! " I spat at him. Jennie shook her head, " No, no, no, he's on our side. We bonded. "

" Bonded? "

" It's a long story but we must go before Vernon awakes. ". He spoke as he untied me, my body limply fell to the ground. Joshua picked me up, " Where too? ".

" The castle. "
