Meg's POV
*At Christian's Apartment*
I woke up with Christian's arms around me. I smiled because he always makes me feel like the I woke up with Christian's arms around me. I smiled because he always makes me feel like the most special girl in the world. He helped me through the hardest two days of my life and I don't know what I would do without him. I feel him kiss my forehead and I get major butterflies every time he does it.
"Don't even try to act like your sleeping baby. I know you're awake. You're always up before me. It's 7 so you're definitely awake."
"You know me so well. Good morning."
"Good morning."
"Wanna make breakfast with me?" He asks while getting up.
"And by make breakfast with you, you mean I just sit on the counter and look cute while you do all the work?" I respond with a smile as I'm standing up.
"Yes, that's exactly what I mean. Can you make coffee though? Yours tastes better then mine."
"That's because you Californians don't know what good coffee tastes like."
"And this is why I'm gonna make you my wife someday," he says and kisses me. I freeze because I didn't know he's thought about it. "You've thought about that?"
"Of course I have Meg. I've never felt like this until you. You changed my life in all the best ways and I intend to keep you around because I don't wanna live without you. I know it's only been a few months but that doesn't change the way I feel."
"I love you Christian. We should go make breakfast because I need coffee."
"I definitely agree with you on that. Here's a t-shirt for you."
He tosses me one of his shirts and we head downstairs to see his mom cooking breakfast already. "Mom, you don't have to cook for us. I literally came down to make breakfast." Christian says to his mom.
"Christian Stephen, I'm making you breakfast, stop complaining," she says back with sass and then asks, "Can someone make coffee?"
"Already on it Alecia." I say as I start to make a big pot of coffee.
Christian laughs and goes, "Mom, she makes the best coffee."
"Good, because between you and your two brothers, I'm gonna need a lot of it."
Christian is taken back by her comment and just stops talking. I giggle to myself while making coffee. Collin and Cam come into the kitchen, "Mom, what are you making?"
"Food, sit down and wait."
"So, Meg, Cody's in town with his girlfriend and we have an off day tomorrow. He wants to know if we wanna go out for drinks tonight. He really hopes you say yes because he's been dying to meet you." Christian asks me. I can tell by the look on his face that he wants to go. I think it'll be fun.
"Yea, sounds like fun. It's been a while since we've been out and I do really wanna meet Cody. What time?"
"I think he said around like 7. To give us time to shower and stuff after the game considering it's a 1 o'clock start."
"Sounds good. I have PT at 9, what time do you need to be at the field?"
"10, so I'll take you to PT at 9 and then you take my car back here after you drop me off at the field?"
