XVII. Last Words of a Smitten Man
I will tell you the subtle secret of humankind, therefore you should necessarily remove the lies that veiled your eyes, the fear that silenced your mouth, the despair that deafened your ears, and the heartbreaks and sorrows that had been engraved in your fragile heart—making it complicated for you to trust and love again without doubt. I will open up my worst nightmares, my sweetest dreams, my most treasured memories, hidden phobias, favorites and so on, but you should be brave first and promise me that you should take care yourself as well as fulfill your ambitions.
I will reveal to you the history of great heroes, the popular mythologies of recent origin, the magical stories of legends, the sobriquet of deceased philosophers, the meaning of artists' masterpieces in the museum, the purpose of enigmatic proses in literature, and the obscured descendants of our universe that never appreciated by our ancestors like what you always wanted to hear, however as the substitute, reveal your real self—the one under that pretentious mask of yours, yet don't worry because I'll wholeheartedly accept and love you still even in my last breath and heartbeat.
I will tell you everything you asked, but first tell me that you'll find another man that will love you like how I love you, before I everlastingly lay myself in the gray catacomb.
