Chapter 10: Meet Melina

         Later on, the Zodiacs went to Elgafar, home of the most female humans of the world, the Maidens. Maidens with different personalities are the residents of Elgafar. They walked on the road and looked for the Leo amulet.

"Well, here we are. Home of the maidens," said Dewey, "We must find the Leo amulet here in Elgafar."

"There are maidens with different personalities around here," Shawn remarked.

"Yeah, they sound so different," said Tiffany.

"What kind of maidens are those?" said Ashlyn.

"They are maidens with personalities, Ashlyn. Blondes, brunettes, redheads, blue-haired girls, others are dumb blondes, sassy blondes, thieves, bandits, dancers, mothers, kids, tomboys, girly ones and many others," Lorraine stated.

"Lorraine, look! There's a young lady stealing jewels from a store here in Elgafar!" Lauren shouted as she pointed to a woman stealing diamonds.

"Lauren, she's greedy."

"I think she got..." Dewey saw the Leo amulet that the woman, named Melina, is carrying it, "The Leo amulet! The greedy lady's name is Melina!"

"Who the heck is Melina?" said Denver.

"She's a greedy lady who steals everything from the maidens and claims that they belong to her," Travis told him.

"Well, Okay! Let's talk to her!"

"Lauren, are you nuts?! She will steal your money!" Travis stopped her.

"Relax, brother! I got everything under control!" Lauren reassured as she went next to Melina, who is stealing a ruby, "Hi! We're from Greensboro! How are you?"

"Whaddya want, girl?" Melina asked.

"I....uh...would you like to give the Leo amulet for a minute?"

"Nah! The amulet is mine, silly!" Melina denied as she ran away, "I cannot give to you and your friends, loser!" She laughed as Lauren watched her leaving.

"See? I think you let her run away!" said Becca.

"She's so greedy! I won't trade my precious scarf to a thief!" Meg crossed her arms as she kicked a pebble in the floor.

"Come on, Meg! Let's follow her!" said Dewey.

The Zodiacs started to pursue Melina in order to snatch the Leo amulet from her. They almost bumped into maidens along the way and went from building to building before seeing a old lady, "Oh! Excuse us, ma'am, we're looking for a woman carrying a amulet," said Shawn.

"What? What did you say?" The old lady asked.

"I said we're looking for a woman carrying a amulet! Are you deaf?"

"She went that way!"

"Thank you!" Dewey thanked her as he and his friends continued the chase before Melina removed her old lady disguise, shocking him, "Hey! It's Melina, you guys!"

"Disguised as a old lady and pretending that she's deaf due to old age! It's a trick!" said Lorraine.

"Get her!" said Tiffany.

The chase continued as the Zodiacs started to pursue Melina, still in their intention to snatch the Leo amulet from her. She shoved some maidens along the way and ordered others to get out of the way. The Zodiacs stopped in a intersection and looked which way she went, "Which way that Melina lady went?" Meg asked.

"This way!" Dewey pointed to the left.

Seeing the Zodiacs coming to get her, Melina pulled out a pearl necklace and spilled their beads onto the street. She chuckled evilly as she prepared to run away, but ended up falling to her own trap as she looked down to the beads and found herself slipping on them before falling into the floor and sending the Leo amulet flying, dramatically.

"The Leo amulet!" The Zodiacs shouted.

"I'll go get it!!!" Austin shouted in slow-motion as the Leo amulet flew, flew and managed to catch it before the amulet would hit the ground, "Got it!"

"YAYYYYY!!!"

"Nice catch, Austin!" said Dewey.

"That was awesome!" said Becca.

"If I were her, I would end up being tricked by Melina!" Lauren pointed to Melina, who is now dizzy and got a lump on her head.

"Girls, you better hold onto your boyfriends!" She babbled before passing out.

"What a blockhead!" Travis laughed as he and his sister gave a fist bump.

"Thank goodness I got this, guys," said Austin as he placed the Leo amulet on his neck.

"Well, no more greedy people around!" said Lorraine.

"Guys, I think there's one thing for a fashionable young lady," said Meg.

"What is it, Meg?" Dewey asked.

"Yeah, what's up?" said Tiffany.

"What if we look for the Virgo amulet?"

After getting the Leo amulet from Melina, the Zodiacs has left Elgafar and went to look for the Virgo amulet. They found a floating planet and stopped here to take a good look.

"Why we stopped here?" Ashlyn asked.

"Ashlyn, we must find out where the Virgo amulet is. All that is left are the Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces!" Dewey stated.

"Absolutely! We have the spirits of the legendary Zodiacs inside us. We can unleash our inner Zodiac!" Shawn pumped his fist as he pulled out a telescope from his pocket and looked around for a location before noticing the Sigma Piscium star, "Hey! It's Sigma Piscium!"

"We're going to Sigma Piscium, you guys! Let's go!"
