2) Dream happens to be a witch. All witches had a cat companion they just had to find the cat that is destined to be their companion in order to get their powers. Dream hadn't yet found his cat so what happens when he comes across some neko boy caught in a rainstorm. What happens when he finds out that the cat meant to be his partner is actually the neko boy. It was extremely uncommon....
3) George is a witch who has yet to find his familiar (unlike the first au familiars only make their magic stronger so they can still do magic without a familiar) He had wondered into the woods to gather some materials for potions when he came across a small injured cat.
