Your POV

I was hanging out with Ben when Evie walked by "Hey y/n!" Evie said with a smile "Hey Evie, what's up?" I asked her also returning a smile "I was thinking maybe you wanna hangout later?" She asked me shyly while playing with her fingers and avoiding eye contact. I put my finger under her chin making her look me in the eye "I would love too" I said with a sweet smile, we gazed into each other's eyes for what seemed like forever until Ben cleared his throat making his presence clear "Oh! Yeah we should probably get to class, I can walk you to your class if you would like" I said to Evie "Oh please do your majesty" she joked making me chuckle "Well by Ben!" I waved at him and he just gave me a thumbs up. He's the only one that knows I have a crush on her and he went full support mode which made me love him even more. I walked Evie to goodness class while her friends were already there "Well I'll see you later" I said she just smiled widely and pecked my cheek before she went inside the room leaving me as flustered as ever. Man I really am down bad

Evie's POV

I pecked y/n on the cheek and entered the room. I don't know where the burst of confidence was from but oh it was definitely there, I saw everyone smirking at me making me confused "Why are you guys looking at me like that?" I asked them as I sat down next to Mal "Don't act like you weren't smooching the future queen" Mal said with a mischievous smirk while the boys were making kissy face's making me look down and smile at the feeling of her soft skin "Children, excuse me" Fairy godmother said as she finished setting up a computer? "Um as you know, uh, this Sunday is family day here at Auradon prep. And since your parents can't be here due to, uh, distance" she said and laughed making me and Mal look at each other with a smile "We've arranged for a special treat" she said walking back to the computer and clicking a button making Maleficent appear on the screen with her face very close to the camera "I don't see anything, nor do I hear" she said moving back to reveal that all of our parents were there "kids!" Fairy godmother gestured for us to go over there  "is it... is it... is" she said shaking the screen "Press enter" jafar suggested "Can I please have the remote?" She said as evil queen passed her the remote "Is this thing on? I hate electronic equip-" she said said and then they all gasped probably because we all popped up on the screen "Evie it's mommy!" My mom waved at me "Oh! Look how beautiful. Oh you know what they say, the poison apple doesn't fall far from the tree" She said "Don't you mean the weeds" Maleficent said "Ooh! Who's the old bat?" Cruella asked probably referring to fairy godmother, making fairy godmother look offended "This is fairy godmother" Mal said "Still doing tricks with eggplants?" Maleficent asked with her arm's folded "I turned a pumpkin into a beautiful carriage" fairy godmother raised her voice "You really couldn't get Cinderella till 1 am? I mean really, what the hamsters had to be back on their little wheels?" She said making all our parents laugh as she fist bumped my mom "They were mice!" She corrected them and turned to us "They were mice" she told us and we all nodded "thank you so much, thank you" Mal said stepping forward "They were mice" she whispered to them and then she stepped to aside "Hi mom" Mal said "Mal!" Maleficent's voice boomed through the speakers "I m-m-missed you" she stuttered "You children are never far from our thoughts" Jafar said "I got it" Maleficent said and elbowed Jafar's shoulder "How long must mommy wait to see you?" She asked with her baby voice "Um, there's a big coronation coming up. I think probably after... that" Mal said "When?" Maleficent asked loudly "Friday, 10 am" Mal said "You sure I can't see you before that? I don't know what I'll do if I don't get my hands on that magic wan-" Before she could finish my mom tapped her horns signalling for her to stop "-you... you my little nugget that I love so much" she said and all the other parents made kissy notices "Yes, I completely understand mother" Mal said "Carlos, is that a dog?" Cruella asked as she put her face closer to the screen, Dude whimpered "Oh yes yes baby, I do understand" Cruella said as she held her stuffed dog "It would make the perfect size for earmuffs" she said and evilly chuckled, Carlos stepped forward and said "He's the perfect aide for a pet" making Cruella gasp "This dog loves me, and I love him. And fyi, your dog is stuffed!" Carlos talked back for once making Cruella back away from the screen "So give it a rest!" Carlos said "Oh-ho! Burn!" Jafar rubbed it in Cruella's face "Oh! Why don't you go sell a toaster, you two-bit salesman!" Cruella said "People who talk to stuffed animals shouldn't throw stones" Jafar said "Oh, well people who sell toasters shouldn't use mixed metaphors" Jafar said "Enough!" I was the last thing I heard before Jay turned the computer off "I'm so sorry" fairy godmother said with a face full of pity "Thanks for the special treat" Jay said "Of course" Fairy godmother nodded. We all turned back and got our bags "M? What do you think our parents are gonna do to us if we don't pull this off?" I whispered "I think they will be quietly disappointed in us, but ultimately... Proud of us for doing our best" Mal said
"Really?" Carlos asked "No, I think we are definitely goners" Mal said "Yeah" I agreed with her. Well at least I get to hang out with y/n.
