It had been 3 days since I have confessed that I liked Evie and turns out she likes me back! Which is like everyone's dream (I wouldn't believe you if you said no😌) so today I had the confidence to ask her out on a date. I knocked on her door and Mal opened it, as soon as she saw me she had a mischievous smirk on her face "Evie your lover girl has come to get you!" Mal called out "Hold on a sec!" I heard Evie yell from the bathroom "Don't have to much fun" Mal winked and walked away I just chuckled and sat on Evie's bed fidgeting with my fingers suddenly feeling my confidence drain, I was thinking of all the possible answers what if she says no? What if she doesn't like me that way? (Bitch she literally kissed you, you dumb mf) No she literally kissed me. But what if she regretted it? I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't hear the bathroom door open, I suddenly feel the Ben dip, I looked over to see Evie smiling at me. damn when does that girl not look hot? She could wear a trash bag and still pull it off. She held my hand to stop me fidgeting with my fingers making me feel butterflies in my stomach "Hey, what did you want to talk about?" She asked me "I- um-" I stuttered (Y/n honey, get your shit together😐) I stood up and was about to leave but Evie pulled me back "Hey, talk to me" Evie said "Will you go out on a date with me?" I blurted out without even thinking, she put her finger under my chin making me look at her "I would love too" she said and kissed my forehead making more butterflies form in my stomach "Really?" I asked her not believing what she said, she smiled and nodded "Wow, I mean why would go out with me? Not that I'm complaining it's just- your like a complete goddess with those beautiful brown eyes that anyone could get lost in, and that beautiful blue wavy hair, and don't get me started with your fashion sense and just everything about you is perfect and you have your whole life planned out while there's me, a girl that doesn't even know what to wear every morning, I don't even know what to do with my life-" I rambled but I was cut off with a pair of lips on mine, I wasted no time to kiss back, we both pulled away then she caressed my cheek "Well in my eyes you're perfect" She told me "So what time is the date?" she asked me "right now" I whispered looking down but I'm sure she heard me "Right now?" She asked and chuckled "yeah" I whispered still looking down "Hey" she put her hand on my shoulder making me look up "I would love to go right now" Evie said happily and pulled me up "Come on, lead the way" she said.

I took her to the enchanted lake where Mal and Ben had their first date, know I know what your thinking 'Oh y/n you should be more original' well I could but the enchanted lake is so beautiful it's hard to not take her there "Tada" I said and removed my hands that where covering her eyes "Do you like it?" I asked her, she stood there speechless at how beautiful this place really was, yeah Mal told her about this place and she thought Mal was exaggerating when she said this place was 'Enchanting' "Y/n this place is so beautiful!" Evie said and walked towards the platform in the water "I know it's where Mal and Ben had their first date but I really wanted to take you here" I said sitting down beside her "No no no I think this place is amazing, and I'm so glad you took me here first" Evie said holding my hand in reassurance. We sat there and ate, talked, laughed until an idea popped in my head "Hey wanna go for a swim?" I asked her "What- y/n you know I can't swim" she mumbled looking down "Plus I don't even have a swim suit" she said looking up from the ground to look at me, I gave her a 'You know you want too' look so she sighed in defeat "fine we can go" Evie said taking her hand in my mine, We decided to leave our clothes on because we don't give a shit, she looked down at the water second guessing herself "Hey it's okay I'll teach you how to swim" I reassured her "Well okay but if I drown it's on you" she joked making me laugh, we both stepped in the water and man it was so cooling, it's just what you need on a hot summer day. Even tho it isn't summer but that's beside the point, what I'm saying is that the water was the perfect temperature for a day like this. We got deeper into the water making Evie latch onto me like a koala making me giggle, I taught her how to kick her legs and move her arms and soon enough she learned how to swim. She was floating in the water peacefully with her eyes closed so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to scare her (How to become single 101) I silently swam under her then I jumped up and held her bridal style making her scream "You scared me!" She said as she slapped my chest "I'm sorry" I apologised still laughing, she pouted but eventually joined in. It was getting late so we decided to get out the water and head back to the school.

When we arrived at the school we were still soaking wet (Not in the way you think! Well...) but we still entered, I walked her back to her room "This was fun, I enjoyed spending time with you" I said "Well then lets go on another one sometime" Evie suggested "Yeah, I would like that" I said, we stared into each other's eyes getting lost in them, then the next think you know we were leaning in then bam! Her lips were on mine, she put her hands around my waist while I put my hands behind her neck deepening the kiss. We both pulled away gasping for air "Well I'll see you later your highness" Evie said and gave me one last peck on the lips and entered her room. I think that day was the best day of my life (Oh just you wait y/n there are more days to come😌)
