Chapter 4: Taehyung

Namjoon pov:

After the best night of sleep I had in days, I awoke fully rested and saw Jungkook packing some of his stuff. "So I guess your parents approved of you coming with us?"
Jungkook nodded "Yeah after we arrived last night they were a little hesitant but this morning they told me it was okay."
As we went downstairs Jungkook his mother had packed us lunch and wished us a save journey after her husband pushed some money in our hands. Jungkook his parents were actually pretty great and I could understand where the protectiveness came from, so I promised them to take care of their son.
"Thank the both of you for your generosity and hospitality" I tell Jungkook his parents,
"No worries any friend of our son is welcome here." Jungkook his father tells us "just be careful traveling to Omashu."
"Don't worry." Jungkook Spoke up "I asked Taehyung."
"ah lovely boy that one." His mother smiles "well go one and have a great time."
"Bye." We wave at them before leaving.

"So you'r parents are pretty nice." Jimin tells Jungkook as we began our journey.
"They sure are, they are only a bit overprotective sometimes." Jungkook smiles.
"So what is our first stop?" Jimin asks me.
"Well we still need to find an airbending and firebending teacher." I tap my chin "If I remember correctly the eastern airtemple is around here right?"
"I know one of the temple's is around here but not which one." Jungkook answers " But I know someone at the eastern airtemple who might be willing to teach you."
"So how do we get there?" Jimin asks.
"A Boat." He smiles.
"Which boat?" I ask as we arrived at the harbor.
"That one." he points at a slightly smaller one than the others.
"JUNGKOOK." An excited brown-haired boy ran over to us tackling Jungkook in a hug. "I Have everything loaded in and am ready to go." Then he stopped talking and turned to us with a big smile "Who are these fine looking gentleman?"
"This is Jimin and his older brother Namjoon." Jungkook introduces us "Both waterbenders and this is Taehyung my best friend."
"Well you're ride to the eastern airtemple is ready, nice to meet you all." Taehyung smiles "Did the messenger falcon arrive back safely?"
"it did." Jungkook smiles after we followed Taehyung to his ship.
"Jungkook did you tell Taehyung about my true identity?" I whisper.
"No I didn't, You have the right to choose if you trust him enough to tell him, but for what is worth I trust him with my life."
"So from which watertribe did you ascend from?" Taehyung asks jimin.
"The Southern one, we are not that big in comparison without sister tribe up north but it is home." Jimin tells him.
"I've never been to the south pool yet but I did visit the north a few times." Taehyung hums "I would like to go to your tribe some time in the furture." he smiles "You see I travel a lot since I am a merchant."
"That must be really adventurous." I ask him.
"I had my fair share of adventures." Taehyung nods "I've even learned how to handle a Kantana from a great swordmaster or how to fly in a hot air ballon." during our conversation we arrived at the boat but since Taehyung was talking about how he learned to handle a sword, he hadn't set sail yet. That is why Jungkook decided to interupt him. "Tae shouldn't we move, you telling your stories won't make us sail." he smirked "and don't exarate your stories we both know your great master was your grandfather."
"He still was a great swordsman." Taehyung smirks "But you are just jealous that I have stories to tell and you don't."
"Well I have a story to tell now." Jungkook his eyes twinkle "I was kidnapped by those nasty bastards who were taking benders."
"You what?" Taehyung exclaims in shock "Are you okay? Did the villain get arrested?"
"No she wasn't arrested." I tell him "But I escaped with help from Jimin and then we found his brother and went to the police to inform them of the hide out but she was long gone."
"But that is why we need to go soon." Jimin says "We are afraid she will come after us."
"I don't think so." I say "I think she will lay low for a while."
"Better not take that chance." Taehyung smiles "Let's go."
