Chapter 9: Hoseok

Hoseok pov:
I sigh bored as I throw my apple in the air, catching it again without putting a lot of effort into it. I looked around me as I made my way towards my work, it was yet another plain and boring day. I take slow steps trying to make myself late for work since I loathed my job. I Missed the days were I could fight and help the innocents but when the fire nation started to invade other nations the proud feeling I had as a soldier faded. I wasn't helping innocents anymore, I killed them and drove them away from their homes. I quit soon after that since I became someone I never wanted to be. I swallowed the lump in my throat as memories floaded back into my mind but luckily for me I was distracted from my thoughts by strange sounds. I halted in my step and looked at the empty ally to my right, where the noise came from. I raised my eyebrow and cracked my knuckles before making my way inside. At that moment five men walked around the corner looking like they were searching for someone. I smirked before charging at them and attacking their pressure points on their body making them go limp, soon all five of them were laying paralyzed on the ground "Who are you? and what are you all doing here." I ask them as I take in their clothes. Two of them were dressed as watertribe and there was also an airbender among them. 
"That is no way to treat an old friend." One of them says.
I walk over to the one who just spoke and lifted his head "Taehyung." I gasp. 
"Can you please help me move again?" He grunts. I nodded and undid what I did to him and his friends.
"I could have killed you." I ramble "You should have told me you would visit, why did you sneak up on me."
"Actuallly you attacked us first." The airbender sighs who I now recognized as Taehyung his boyfriend. 
I wave it off "It doesn't matter, why are you all here?"
"Not here." Taehyung stopped me "Is there a place where we can talk privately?"
I look at him supicious wondering what this was all about "Follow me."

I lead them to my house and closed all the windows before locking the door behind us  "Okay spill." I gesture to him "Tell me why an airnomad, an earthkingdomcitizin, and two water tribe members are with you at the border of the fire nation."
"I am the Avatar."the tallest of them all in blue clothes spoke "Taehyung told me he knew an firebender who would be willing to teach me firebening."
I glared at Taehyung "You know, I don't bend anymore because of the past."
"I know." Taehyung looks at me sympathetic "But maybe you know someone who will."
"Why don't you bend anymore?" The Avatar asks me.
I ignore the question about my bending before tapping my chin "I might know someone."
"Who?" Yoongi asks.
I laugh "I have one condition before I give you his name."
Taehyung smirks "Spoken like a true merchant, name your price."
"I want to tag along with you all." I tell them.
"I don't have an problem with that." Yoongi agrees to my terms.
"And your skills could come in handy." The other waterbender smiles.
"Skills?" I ask.
"Yeah that thing you did to us back in the ally." He says amazed "Your jabs made us paralyzed."
"Oh that." I ruffle my hair "I am an chi-blocker."
"What is that?" The earthbender asks.
"I push some pressure points on your body what causes your body to go limp for a short while."
"That is really cool." The blond waterbender says.
"Thank you." I smile taking an instant liking in him.
"Well since you are joining us, might we know your name?" The Avatar smiles.
"Hoseok, Jung Hoseok." I reply "And what are yours?"
