Chapter 17: Food Hunt

Namjoon p.o.v"
"Namjoon close your eyes." Yoongi tells me helping me meditate "And concetrate," We have been laying low at Taehyung his island for a while now, turns out he actually bought the island and stashed all his goods here. Yoongi was shocked when Taehyung told us the truth but it was a nice hide out and now I could focus on my airbending training.
"Guys sorry to interupt." Taehyung breaks he silence making me open my eyes "But we are running out of food."
Yoongi sighs opening one of his eyes "Babe I told you not to bother us during meditation."
"I know." He pouts. 
"Yoongi we can continu our training tommorow." I place my hand of his shoulder "We can't let the other go hungry."
"FIne we can postpone it for now." The airnomad mumbles before smiling "besides I missed my sweetheart."
"Come on love birds, let's go back." I shake my head.

"So how was meditation?" Jimin asks as we entered the camp.
"Relaxing." I grunt "Before someone butted in."
"The made me do it." Taehyung complains pointing at the others.
"We were just Hungry." Jungkook pats his belly.
"Okay so Taehyung where is the nearest town?" I ask the merchant.
"Well it is actually a fire nation town, well a town in the earthkingdom that is taken over by fire nation soldiers."
"Great." I could hear my brother mutter.
"That can cause a problem how far is the next one?" Jin asks 
"Two days flying I think." 
"We don't have enough food to go that long." Yoongi replies "That is four days flying in total."
"Well I can just go into the town alone." Taehyung shruggs "No one would suspect just an ordinary merchant."
"Not a chance." Yoongi dismisses his idea.
"We can sneak in." Hoseok thinks out loud "We just need a cover."
"I can dye my hair." Jin offers.
"No, you should stay here." I cut in "It is you they want the most."
"What about you? You're the avatar."
"They don't know that." I reply
"You can't expect me to just sit back and wait."
"Fine you can watch Oempa just outside of the town when we go in." I tell him.
"As you wish." Seokjin shoots me a glare.

We arrived at the town not 20 minutes later and landed out of sight of it. "I think it is best as we split into groups." Hoseok suggest "Makes us a smaller target.
"I agree." Jimin nods.
"Very well." I cut in "Hoseok and Jungkook will look for food, while Yoongi and I will search for warmer clothes and Jimin you take Taehyung and try to get any information that can be useful to us."
"yes sir." Taehyung salutes making Yoongi smile at his boyfriend.
"Be carefull." Seokjin tells us "If you aren't making it back before noon I am coming for you all, not caring if I blow my cover."
"Sounds reasonable." I agree "Stay safe as well."
"You too." Seokjin replies meeting my eyes.
I give him a small smiled before turning to the others "You all know your parts, we will meet here again in four hours, just before noon."

When we arrived into town yoongi let out a loud gasp worrying me "What is it?"
Yoongi showed me a wanted poster from himself "They drew me bald, do you know how long it took me to grow some of my hair back."
I chuckle before eyeing the numerous guards roaming around "I think that is the least of our worries."
