Millie's Birthday was on New Year's eve, the day before Millie really started to plan. She decided to go back home for a few hours to get her hair done by her mom's close friend.

As Millie was about to leave her parents gave her a box of gifts. She wanted to open them while she was there because she knew she wouldn't see them there. She opened the pink wrapped box that sat a pair of black heels and series 7 apple watch + wrist band.
"Thank you so much! This will be perfect for my outfit tomorrow." She hugged them together. "I know i've been so busy with school, but I think ill stay here a little later," she smiled.
Millie and her family had never been that close. Her Dad was always working and her mom was always at a "girls retreat" or doing something with dad. Or having a morning brunch with the girls or yoga. Theirs countless things, Millie spent most of her childhood with her grandparents. They eventually moved in from how much they stayed so much since her parents weren't there much. But that's in the past, this is for the present. She spent the day with her family cooking, watching movies, and more.
The Next Day
Millie woke up that morning with the bright sunlight glaring across her face.
"Happy birthday!" Emma said rubbing her eyes as she waited for a millie to wake up so she could go back to sleep. "Thanks." Millie groaned.
As Emma shortly went back to sleep she checked her phone and saw about 35 messages saying happy birthday but she clicked on Caleb's first.
"Happy Birthday Princess, see you later.💕🍆"
She "Haha"'ed his message and typed.
"Thank you🍑."
She got up and walked to the bathroom getting a bunch of happy birthday's from the girls who woke up for the volleyball game. Millie squeezed the toothpaste onto her pink transparent toothbrush and started getting ready for the day. She took her hair out the wrap as the curls fell down she fixed it up and scurried to her bedroom to reply to more birthday comments.

Millie had put on a sexy blush pink shoulder less dress on for dinner that night showing off her beautiful melanin skin. She wore a gold necklace with her curls falling to her shoulder.
"Ready to go?" Millie asked her friends. "Yup." They replied.
It was only Caleb, Courtney, and Emma so they decided to all ride together in Courtney's car. They went to statehouse tavern and shared cards with each other.
Emma gave Millie's card to her and Millie grabbed it with her pink acrylic nails. She opened the card and their was a beautiful paragraph.
Ever since I met you, you've filled in the void of me having a best-friend. And you perfectly slid into the slot. I didn't have anyone before you, and that slowly invited Courtney into my life. Because without you we would've never got in that stupid argument and- never mind. I love you best friend.💓
She had gave her a hug as they got up from the table with Millie frowning trying to hold back her tears. Millie wasn't a easy crier but knowing how much Emma doesn't write & hates it, it meant a lot to Millie. Eventually it was about time to go home from dinner. They got into the car before...
"Oh shit! I forgot their having a New Years party at the house now." Courtney said. "Ooo sounds fun!" Millie smiled.
"What? We all look good and have nothing else yo do for the night?" She smirked.
They all agreed and drove down to the sorority house Courtney was apart of. Their were yellow and white balloons everywhere with cars filling the parking lot. You could smell the booze and Hennessy from outside.

They walked in and many people rushed to Millie wishing her a happy birthday. Emma and Courtney ran somewhere else enjoying the company of others. Millie had walked over to get some slight snacks and Caleb was talking to his boys.
"This party is so lit right?!" Courtney asked drinking vodka soda, her breath choked Millie's nose. "Yeah totally." Millie spoke loudly over the loud music. "where's the bath-" "Hands on my knees shaking ass on my thot shit post me a pic finna make me a profit, when the liquor hit let a bitch get toxic." "THIS MY SHIT! CYA MILLS." She waved her hands in the air as she shimmied her way through the crowd.
Millie looked around still for the restroom as she found something that looked like it might be a bathroom she listened near the door and heard moaning. She quickly walked away graceful she didn't walk in.
"Hey, you trying to find something?" Caleb corned Millie and put his arm on the wall. "Yeah, the restroom." She smirked while blushing, since she was completely surprised. "Oh yeah?" He winked. "Mhm." She sounded until he leaned in and started making out against the wall. I don't know if it was the birthday vibes but being with him now was 10x better than before. She didn't wanna separate lips, even when she had to catch a gasp of air. But they did until eventually.
