75. Coming Out In Public

"Slept well?"

Yeon's eyes were wide in shock as soon as he'd woken up, Stan being the first person he saw. This scene has happened to him multiple times except presently, it felt different.

He'd interacted with him yesterday at length, updating him on the things he'd missed while in a coma however afterwards, his father had arrived, stubbonly hoaging Stan to himself and the celebration of his recovery had to take off prematurely. He endlessly began thanking him after a few drinks for saving Yeon's life yet again.

Yeon and Stan barely had time together afterwards for Stan, his uncle and Yeon's father began drinking before the meals were brought in.

"What a lightweight you are. Elric was right about you." Yeon commented as he remembered yesternight's events when he'd struggled to bring Stan upstairs. "My muscles hurt from dragging your body up the stairs."

Stan giggled as he advanced forward to plant a kiss on Yeon's lips. "I can't believe Elric told you that...and the fact that you had to see that side of me makes me really embarrassed."

"At least for you it was easier. You had passed out completely. My dad and your uncle wouldn't stop talking. They chattered on until whatever came out of their mouths made no sense."

"Well, I'm can be like that sometimes..." Stan responded looking aside. "...But I was feeling quite fatigued..."

"You're a fool to have consumed alcohol when on medication."

"My uncle encouraged me to drink too..."

"You were supposed to turn him down stupid! You know his character..."

"I'm sorry..." Stan said in surrender, pulling Yeon closer to him.

"Damn it." Yeon's face was flustered as he buried it on Stan's chest.

"What is it?" Stan asked when he felt Yeon stiffen.

"You smell like soap. Showered already?" Stan giggled and acknowledged.

"What time is it?"

"Almost noon."

"What?" Yeon gave Stan a shove and rushed out of bed. "You should have woken me up! I'm supposed to meet your uncle by noon..!"

"Relax. Uncle woke up with a bad hangover so he took a day off."

"How do you know?" Yeon asked while taking pajamas off then halted.

"Why'd you stop? It's been a while since you entertained my eyes..."

"Shut up! I'll meet you down." Yeon exclaimed as he rushed to the bathroom, Stan laughing at his embarrassment. They later met downstairs once Yeon was done getting ready and had breakfast with dad Joss.

"Where is my father?" Yeon inquired.

"He left quite early claiming he had an appointment..."

"Oh yea...he did tell me of it yesterday."

"So why are you two going to do the remainder of the day?" Dad Joss asked, glancing at the two mischievously.

"I needed to meet up with Dr. Jiwon but Stan informed me he won't be reporting in today." Looking up at Stan sitted next to him, he added. "We could proceed to campus and register for the last mandatory common unit. If we are lucky to get a slot, we might get it done today and you can take the online classes afterwards."

"Oh yes! Elric did mention that." Dad Joss seemed pleased. "I'll drive you two there since Stan isn't supposed to take the wheel for a while"

"We can take a taxi." Stan interrupted but was ignored for Yeon and dad Joss were already up their feet, clearing the table while making plans.
