Some bonding - Chapter 10

Daisy POV:

The team sat around the couches, late at night. We had just finished a mission with a man named Miles Lydon. We just finished an over-the-top mission debrief from Coulson, and now we were set to go to the Triskelion. We were set to arrive tomorrow afternoon. I was excited to meet the amazing Nick Fury, but I liked the team. Oh well. I thought. Maybe I could train to be a SHIELD agent and join the team if they are still together. I sat on the couch next to May.

**Time skip 2 hours**

By now everyone else had gone to bed except May and I. We were currently engrossed in a movie called Passengers. (AN: Not gonna spoil it bc I'm nice. Read on.) We were on a couch together, watching the screen in front of us. I was close to May. I like May. She posed a motherly figure to me, and Coulson like a father. I edged closer to her, cold. Suddenly she moved her arm. I froze, wondering if I had done something wrong. But It seemed I hadn't. She had put her arm around me. I melted into the hug, opening my mouth to speak. 'Shh' She said. I obliged, staying quiet, engrossing myself back into the movie. 

May POV:

As the movie ended, I looked down at Daisy, and smiled. She had fallen asleep, my arm around her. I switched off the TV, and took my arm from around her. I stood up, picking her up bridal style. I could barely see, she was the same height as me. Sometimes being small sucks. But I don't let it bother me most of the time. I walked into her bunk, and tucked her into the covers, and shut the door to her bunk. I turned to walk to mine, and saw Coulson. 

He smirked. I responded quickly, and quietly, as there was 3 sleeping people metres away from the two of us. 'That never happened, ok? no one needs to know.' I whispered. He smiled, and whispered back, saluting me as if he was in the war. 'Yes, Ma'am. He whispered back, and turned away, heading to his office, where he sleeps. 

I went into my bunk, and lay down, staring at the ceiling. I felt slightly sad. Just as Daisy and I got close, we had to leave her. With Fury. and Fury isn't exactly a people person. I decided that If she became a SHIELD Agent, She was going to join the team. I knew everyone else would want that. Just a matter of her becoming a SHIELD Agent. She would do well in Communications, where Coulson came from. She could be a specialist, she has the skill, but she is more of a team player. I just hope nothing else happens to that poor girl.

I just had an idea for a part two of this fic.... I will do it if this fic gets to 1000 reads! Its going to be Daisy becoming a SHIELD Agent, and then joining the team!
