Enter Electro

3rd Person POV

The doors burst open as Max, accompanied by Brock and Dr. Connors, was being carried on a wheeled stretcher. His low yet constant groaning showed the extent of the excruciating pain from the electrocution, something that didn't help with the concern shown by the two witnesses. An electrocution of that degree is usually guaranteed to be fatal, yet there he was, alive and in pain. As soon as the three and a paramedic entered the emergency lobby, a doctor immediately jogged to them.

"I'll dis—" He couldn't finish his sentence when he touched the patient, which earned him a small shock, causing him to pull his hand away in pain. The cause? Electricity inexplicably burst from Dillon's body.

Connors, who seemed to be the calmest out of everyone, pulled out a pair of rubber gloves and handed them to the doctor. "Here, wear these."

"I don't understand..."

"There was... an accident," said Connors. "We need to quarantine him, get his vitals stabilized! He's getting worse by the minute!"

Just as he said that, more electricity discharged from Max's body, changing the situation from worrisome to odd, all the way to hazardous.

"Alright," said the doctor, "take him to the isolation ward!"

Everyone followed through the next set of doors except Brock, who watched through the window concerned as even more electricity lit up the room.

Izuku's POV

Crap, this what I get for being too focused on my own thing. So that's what All Might meant that day... Taking advantage of my strength just so he could make me carry a whole fridge and him in his hero form atop. That led to us getting carried away and losing track of time. Even though it's summer break, I often find myself busy. Quite busy. As in stopping minor thug acts, thefts, saving cats from trees, all at the cost of being late to many places for various things. There was that time I was extremely late to school because some kid's balloons flew very high up, and truth be told, it did take a while to recover them.

Gonna be in real trouble here...

My swinging has improved quite well to the point where I'm now doing it faster than ever while still managing to somehow make it around tight corners. The problem, though, is that my spider powers might not even save me this time.

At least there are no Pro Heroes patrolling around here.

Scanning the streets below me, about half the residents minded their own business and only some even bothered to gasp, but not even that satisfied me as I was searching for a particular group of people. Seconds later during my quest, said group stood out near a park.

Mom, Uncle Masaru, and... Kacchan wrestling with Aunt Mitsuki.

Not wanting to waste more time, I found an alley and swung there, landing in a crouched spider-like pose. After rummaging through my bag, I changed into my plain civilian clothing and immediately ran out on my way to the people I'm glad to have in my life.

"Mom! I'm here!"

Her face flashed a quick smile after she turned around. "Oh, Izuku! We were waiting for you."

"Oh, finally here, eh?" said Mitsuki. "Where were you at?"

"Yeah, Deku, where were you at?!"

Kacchan earned a slap on the back of his head.
