I'm Not Max Dillon
Electricity bolted everywhere as he slowly approached me, and with the bystanders nearby, this situation went from 0 to 100 in a matter of seconds.
"Everyone get out of here!"
Without a moment to waste, the civilians ran before getting hurt (thankfully).
"Why did you attack me?" he asked as he attempted to grab me.
As if I'm really going to let him try to fry me! I backflipped and perched atop a pole. "Now, now, attack is such a strong word."
He pointed at me. "What's your game?!" What I really didn't see coming was a bolt of lightning being discharged, so the first thing I did was jump to the other sidewalk, but he was able to hit me with another bolt, this one giving me goosebumps all over and making me land on the ground.
So that's how you want to play, huh?
"Okay, Electro, time to unplug!" I webbed some TV screens and slammed them on his face, blowing up in the process.
By the looks of it, not a good idea, seeing as how his Quirk was going out of control, a lot of electricity bolting the cars and infrastructure.
"Stop it, stop it!" The electric currents branched out even more, forcing me to jump up a wall for safety. Conscious of other people's safety, I leaped back to him... just as an electric field formed all over him.
The pain was unexpected—the speed at which the energy surged through my body, then the increasing feeling of discomfort that quickly turned into a burning agony. First, there was the tingling, then the goosebumps before being fried from the inside out. The fact that I yelled tells how much it hurt, coming from someone with enhanced durability.
And this only lasted about two seconds before this villain tossed me to a car, like a broken toy. With me still winded from that attempt of catching him off-guard, he managed to walk up to me. I don't need my Spider-Sense to tell me I'm about to get fried again.
"Leave me alone!" He shot more bolts, which I evaded by flipping onto the car and swinging away to under a fire escape.
"Well, excuse me, Mr. Electricidad! Or is Lightning Bug better?"
The next bolt I couldn't dodge in time, leading me to fall flat on the pavement. This attack, though, made me feel weaker; I could barely move my body.
"Besides..." I croaked, "are you sure doing this will make me leave you alone?"
"You're the one who attacked me! And now, time to get even—"
Police sirens interrupted him. He flared slightly and turned his attention to me again. "Later, web-creep."
I was too weakened to keep my vision straight, all I could see was his silhouette getting further and the police cars closing in on the area and on me. If they get here... I'll be taken...
Too weak... to keep my eyes open...
With my muscles stiff, I closed my eyes in hopes that a miracle will lead to the police not apprehending me, just as I felt my body being dragged across the pavement.

The first thing I felt was the stiffness of my entire body as my eyelids lifted slowly. I groaned, still not fully recovered from my fight with... "Electro," so I took my sweet time processing where in the heck I was right now. The last thing I recalled was getting hit by a discharge of electricity and being left on the ground for the police... so why do I find myself in an alleyway right now?
