Fucking Finally

We all dispersed from the main lot, running away in groups, some by themselves. I stayed with Aisha for a while until we got split up running from one of the kids. I ended up jumping off a tree and taking the dumbasses headband. I got three more after that.

I walked around the woods by myself for a while until I found another member of the black team.

“Oh hey Mitch” i grinned

“Ah shit” he sighed “You wanna just take it?”

I chuckled circling him around the little opening we had.

“If you do, I’ll tell sensei” I smirked

Mitch sighed, setting up his stance before suddenly someone was shouting and falling from a tree. They fell on top of him, nabbing the headband. I recognize that familiar bright red hair of course

“What the hell man?” Mitch exclaimed

“Sorry ass-face. Today you're the enemy. That makes five kills” he smirked

“I believe you stole my kill pretty boy” I raises an eyebrow, leaning cooly against a tree

“That’s my que” Mitch quickly rushed away making the both of us laugh

“Thanks for distracting him for me” Hawk smirked

“I wouldn’t necessarily say thanks, but you are welcome” I chuckled

“Oh I am” he chuckled, stalking around me “If it comes down to you and me, I’ll be taking that off your pretty head ya know?”

I was taken back for a second, but I just assumed Hawk was messing so I played along.

“Aw, your confidence is so cute pretty boy” I mock pouted “But I would love to see you try”

“I mean- I can just take it now if it’s easier on you” he wouldn’t stop smirking

“Oh? Save me having to do it later, how kind” I smirked right back

Hawk scoffed, lunging forwards, sending a jab punch at my abdomen, I dodged it, using his momentum to send him forwards, tripping him on the way down. He whipped around, sending a few punches which I blocked, I did the same back to him.

He kicked at my head and I ducked under him, using his vulnerable position to send him onto his back. I pinned him down on the ground, heh, dejavu much?

“Submit and surrender” I smirked

Hawk had learned his lesson, and hooked a leg around me, using momentum to pin me down on the ground, his arms resting beside my head. His face was really close to mine, and when I expected him to come back with some snarky comment, he didn’t. He just stared at me, and I couldn’t help staring up at him. Something came over me, something that, I thought about more often than I would care to admit.
