Chapter 31:Fall

The day of the concert that will take place for about 3 days. All are busy preparing the equipments, instruments, make up. The crowds are gradually increasing.

Unfortunately the Nekoma High have a joint practice with other schools.

"I wish I was there" Kenma said

"That's fine. I'll always think of you when I perform that's why I hope it reaches you" y/n said.

"Enjoy your practice. I love you. I have to go" y/n said.

"I love you too and enjoy" Kenma said and the phone call ended.

The both of them give their best.

Y/N'S POV

We're third to the last who will perform today. We're like a breathers to everyone as our music more like a tender warm hug and a caressing air.

"Hello minna" Seiji-senpai said and almost all the girls keep screaming out of their lungs. Seiji-senpai gave them a wink.

"Y/n-chan! Are you ready?" Seiji-senpai said as he took my hand.

"Kyaaaaaaaaa" the crowd

"Looks like the boys are wanting to hear something from you" Seiji-senpai said as he smiles at me.

"Hello minna" I said shyly. And almost all the boys scream and I feel overwhelmed about it.

"Let's enjoy today. Okay?" I said.

And our performance begun. We prepared 5 songs for them. And the most fun are the one with the drums as we switch performing with Seiji-senpai. We create like a chant.

*sounds of a drum

The sound gradually becomes louder. At first I feel nervous and pressured and my mind run a bunch of what ifs but as we perform I enjoyed having music and given a chance to perform is a miracle to me.

"Thank you everyone" Senpai and I said and bowed to them.

As we run to the backstage. My legs gave up and just slumped to a chair while smiling as we catch our breath.

We got a chance to see other artist performing and it was the best.

The day ends as we packed our things to go to our hotel and rest.

"Y/n-chan Let's go" Seiji-senpai said as I fixed my bag.

"Okay" I said as I run towards him. When something fall on my way.

"Y/N WATCH OUT!" Seiji-senpai said as I saw him running towards me. I run off but caught by the thing that falls down. It was a plywood that used on the stage. It's heavy. As I felt a pain on my wrist. I tried to sit up but my legs are caught up too.

"Don't move" Seiji-senpai said and I just nodded. My dad called an ambulance good thing there's a medic on the area. And I immediately run towards the hospital.

They need to put a cast on my left arm and said I need to be hospitalized for 3 days to observed my condition. My dad stayed by my side while I talk to Seiji-senpai to go home and rest. The news caught up like a rapid fire. It's on social media's and televisions.

I'm worried more how it will affects me as a songwriter. Music been with me on my whole life.

KENMA'S POV

The joint practice day one is over. As some of the members are still on the run. I lay down for a bit and close my eyes.

"KENMA-SENPAI!" Lev who's shouting at the top of his lungs running towards me.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT?" I shout at him.

"It's about y/n-senpai" He said and I immediately sits and immediately move closer to him.

"She's got on an accident!" He said and my eyes immediately widen and felt really worried. He showed me the news and I grabbed my phone and start to make a phone call. I called Kuroo and he immediately answered.

"I knew you will contact me. Just stay there. Your practice just started today. I'm on my way to the hospital with her senpais don't worry" Kuroo immediately said.

"Okay. Then contact immediately" I said and he ended the call.

I look over and over to my phone and waiting for Kuroo to call me. His caller Id showed up and I immediately answered it.

"How is she?" I immediately asked.

"She's fine now. She just need to be stay over at the hospital to run some test" Kuroo said. I calm down a bit.

"She got cast on her left arm looks like she hurt her wrist" Kuroo said.

I really wanted to see her because I'm worried. It's all over the news and it seems that she's fine now.

The next day..

My mind is somewhere else.

"Kenma-san is out lately" Kageyama said.

"Kenma!" Shoyo called me but it takes a few seconds for me to realized it.

"She's gonna be fine" Shoyo said.

Since the accident, calling her is hard for now.

"Kenma-senpai coach called you" Lev said and I walk my way to the coach.

"Kenma-kun, leave the practice today" Coach said and my eyes suddenly widen.

"W-why?" I asked silently.

"Go to her and come back here by tomorrow. Okay?" Coach said and my lips suddenly lift upto my ears.

"Thank you coach. I'll keep going then" I said and bowed to him. I immediately run out of the gym and go to our room to ferch my things.

"Send our get well soon messages" the karasuno said. I nodded and immediately went to the train station.

I can't wait to see her. I couldn't reach her at all luckily I know which hospital it is.

Y/N'S POV

"Even if the cast removes after 3 months or so, you can't force your wrist. So it will be like 1 year rehabilitation until you can use your left hand freely" the doctor said.

"You're a songwriter right? I think it's not advisable to play instruments for the time being" he added.

My eyes widen open hearing those words. As a songwriter and a lover of music, listening is not enough for me.
