Milo Delavan, 12:00am
As always, it didn't take long to get to Abella's. There was no traffic this time of night. Everyone was pretty much asleep. Only thing was parking was crucial and it took us 25 minutes to find parking. But eventually, I gave up and zapped someone else's car away.

I wasn't trying to waste anymore time. But while I looked for parking I did have a small conversation with Indigo.

I explained everything he needed to know. I told him we were on a secret mission. Just to make it sound more exciting and important to him. I told him he couldn't tell Luca, Marz, or Anais where we were and what we were up to.

I explained to him how Anais and 'my friend' lived in the same building. He pretty much understood that this was not a 'mommy visit.' He was so damn smart. That and I kind of put a spell on him.

Since he was half mortal, I could put spells on him and read his mind. Came in handy when he was an infant. I knew when to feed him, change his diaper, burp him. Allat.

"Why can't Marz meet her too?" He asked, lifting his head up off my shoulder.

"You was awake the whole time?" I asked.

He could've walked this whole time instead of me carrying him and our bags.

"No." He giggled, laying his head back on my shoulder. Putting him down, we walked down the hallway to Abella's apartment door.

"Marz isn't here because...she's sick." I lied.

He stared into space before answering me. "She's not sick. When Mars is sick I can feel it too."

Fuck. That backwards ass twin telepathy.

With no way to explain to him why I couldn't take Marz, I simply waved my hand over his head. I put another spell on him, making him forget about Marz just for now. Okay...I know that was kind of fucked up considering I was his pops and shit but if you look at it my way, I was only protecting him.

Ringing Abella's doorbell, I anticipated the moment where she opened the door and saw Indigo and I. I almost smiled thinking of her reaction. I felt like if her and Indigo met, she'd trust me a lot more. She wouldn't really ask me questions or nun.

After a few moments of waiting for her, I heard footsteps approach the door. Indigo seemed excited to see what she looked like and who he was about to meet. I couldn't blame him. Abella's energy had a good effect on people.

As the door opened, Abella rubbed her eyes sleepily only seeing me at first. Then she looked down at Indigo who stood 3ft tall. He waved, looking a little shy at first.

Abella gasped. "Hi!"

"Hi." Indigo smiled.

She looked up at me, stunned and excited.

Kneeling down, she spoke face to face with him. "I'm so glad to finally meet you! What's your name?!"

We both knew she already knew it, I guess she was just trying to get Indigo to tell her anyways.

"I'm Indigo!" He answered.

Abella slapped her hands on her knees. "And I'm Abella. Nice to meet you. Why don't you and your dad come inside and take your coats off?!"

Skipping through the door, Indigo made his way to Abella's living room. Abella stood up, now face to face with me.

"Hiiii." She grinned, wrapping her arms around me.

I did the same leaning in to kiss her on the cheek. "What's up mama?"

"Nothing. I was actually just relaxing and dozing off. I didn't expect you two to come here so early. Or you know...at all." She sighed.
