Me and Luca rushed back home with the quickness after tonight. It wasn't even worth coming out to be honest. I had a headache and the constant feeling of guilt from leaving the kids home.

The club was packed and sweaty. I hated the atmosphere. It smelled like cigarettes and armpits up in there. Plus it ain't feel right going out with Abella trusting me. Never again. But Luca had to understand that.

I'm sure he didn't feel it was worth it neither. Going out was overrated.

"Tonight was ass." He huffed. "I lost my moves. Couldn't get no type of ass tonight."

"It be's like that." I shrugged, opening the front door to our cottage.

"The only girl that was willing to fuck with me had some...issues she needed to work out. Honestly...I would've taken the chance if I had more time. It's whatever though. Maybe Marz and Indigo need to be my prime focus before I get into another relationship."

"Yeah." I agreed.

Sitting on the couch, he kicked his shoes off.

"What are you doing? We gotta bring the kids they gifts and wake em up." I said.

"Yeah you right. I'll get the cakes out of the freezer. You get the gifts then we wake em up together."

Nodding my head, I teleported to my bedroom grabbing all the gifts me and Luca got the kids. Hella toys and shit they just might like.

I was excited to see them open all their new things. Bringing their gifts to the living room, I saw that Luca had set up the dining area. A few balloons, few streamers, and Marz and Indigos names on a small handmade banner.

We tried our best. I knew they was gone like whatever we were going to give to them. If only we were capable of more. I wish I could give them more.

Heading upstairs, Luca followed behind me to wake the kids. Once we entered their rooms, we found them knocked out. Thank God. But I already knew that was gone be the case.

I grabbed Indigo out of his bed and carried him out of the room and down the stairs. So did Luca with Marz.

Indigo started to wake up in my arms. "Where we going?"

"Downstairs. It's ya birthday remember." I chuckled.

He rubbed his eyes, looking around our lil dining area. A small smile spread across his face. "Is this for me?"

"And for Marz."

Setting him down at the dining room table, Luca did the same with Marz. The twins took a seat next to each other, mesmerized by each of their lil cakes.

"What time is it?" Marz asked, rubbing her eyes.

"It's y'all birthday!" I exclaimed, trying to get them excited.

They just sat there confused. No reactions what so ever. Maybe we shouldn't have woken them up so early.

Luca nudged Marz in the shoulder. "Get excited."

She rolled her eyes, laying her head on the table. Then he looked up at me.

"You wanna just do this in the morning?" He huffed.

"Nah...I wanna sleep in. On the count of 3, sing happy birthday really loud. That'll wake them up."

Shrugging his shoulders, we counted down from 3. "3...2...1...HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUUUU."

They both perked up. But Marz started crying.

Luca was laughing, so was Indigo.

Still laughing, Luca held Marz in his arms and continued to sing happy birthday with me. She did not look happy. She looked like she wanted to smack the shit out of somebody.
