so about a year and a half ago we went to our dads, Nick Fury's workplace. When there we grabbed the attention of the avengers who only saw us for a few minutes before we took off with nick to his office.
SHIELD was then attacked by hydra who came after us for some unknown reason and we barely survived
ever since then dad has kept you off the radar and with the help of your skills you erased all record of you.
You began training and even became a agent when nick felt confident we would be safe. We did some undercover missions and were doing a mission based in New York with our partner f/n. Which we got pulled to work on finding out who rain is (LOL)

the second one gives you more of an understanding on why the avengers didn't recognize us even though they only saw us for a minute.
I also hinted that there was a car accident or something in an earlier chapter, I know as a agent we should not be scared of much but we are getting through it and can now sit in a car although we haven't driven one since.
our dad knows we are rain, but has decided not tell the avengers it is pretty funny and until there are important missions to worry about he will let us continue with this.
f/n is also an agent they are our partner in crime who we do all of our missions with. They will be friend only not love interest
Love interest is still undecided, the tony thing is kind of funny though
